It was so nice staying at a place that doesn't charge for bottled water. Seems like a small thing, but it really makes you appreciate that they want to make your stay comfortable and low stress

Generous free breakfast set up. Nice place but a bit overpriced for the market. Their direct competitir down the street (Fairfield) is $20-$30/night less for same amenities.

We have stayed here before and returned because we were delighted the first time. The room was clean with fresh linens and duvet each day. The 24/7 coffee bar is awesome! Great coffee! The staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back! Keep up the good work Hampton Inn!!!

Nice hotel. Nothing out of the way special but neat, clean. Only stayed for one night as layover halfway point for vacation.

Because our stay included a weekend, busy time for hotels, it was more expensive than a stay during the week. Nonetheless, we were greeted warmly, called by the desk clerk to make sure all was in order and always told good morning, afternoon, evening when passing through the lobby. Attention to 100% satisfaction is their goal. The hot breakfasts made our stay more enjoyable than we could have imagined. The pool looked inviting even though we didn't get a chance to use it. Will definitely return!

Front desk clerk offered up the name of a wonderful restaurant. All staff our family came in contact was very kind. A wonderful example of southern hospitality!

As a first time visitor to the Outer Banks area, I stayed in Elizabeth City for driving considerations. The Hampton Inn there was modern/clean, with friendly staff and a fine complimentary breakfast. The only difficulty was not the motel, it was those darn Rt. 17 signs all over town going in all directions!

I was traveling on business and spent very little time at the hotel. When I was there, the staff was extremely friendly and did all they could to make sure my needs were met. The breakfast in the morning is quite nice. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The fitness center is quite nice though I was only able to take advantage of it once because it opened too late in the morning for me to get a workout in before I started my day.

Staff was very helpful with a flat tire that was discovered in the morning.

The Elizabeth City Hanmpton Inn is a clean, well maintained hotel located in the center of town. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are quite comfortable with roominess and large bathroom. My wife and I are always comfortable when staying here.

I have stayed at other hampton properties and have always been satisfied. I arrived early and the staff was very kind in accomodating me. The room was spacious and the bed was to die for. All of the staff - front desk, housekeeping, dining - were phenomenal!
