Hi I stayed here, and the desk staff were very gracious and helpful, but clearly the place has seen better days, and while serving me fine as a cheaper place to sleep, I probably wouldn't bring my best girl here to impress her.

"Sorry, but we do not have complimentary breakfast. We have problems with the websites that insist in posting that, even though we tell them we do not have". Well... How does this sound to you ? Oh, and, don't look under your bed !

The staff was very nice, and our room was clean!! Also great location close to the college. Just a few minutes from the crossgates mall (for anyone who loves shopping).

the room is clean.the location is good. i recommend it.

Perfect location for visitors to U of Albany, a no thrills establishment with good value O____z advertised free breakfast and free wifi However they said they have notified O____z many times that they DO NOT offer free breakfast and yet it's stille mentioned on O____z's web site. The free wifi, on the other hand is as advertised

The room and the hotel was just what we thought / paid for, a not expensive place to stay one night. We got what we paid for. Our only problem was that we were missing one washcloth, which was corrected quickly. Would stay there again.

Not the best, nor the worst. we needed a place for one night, not to pay allot and we got it. only problem was when i first turned on the water in the shower, it was brown. after it ran for a little while, it cleared up.

the hotel was clean and the staff were nice the room although clean was in rough shape but for $45.00 a night it did the job. Note orbitz lists this hotel as serving a continetal breakfast it does not

ok place. bathrooms need help. more towels and extra large ones

Walked in and immediately decided to cancel reservation

There are 2 and my reservation was for the one I was NOT at. It was no problem the manager called and transferred it. He said it happens alot. The room was average, the bathroom was newly done - very nice. It had a refrigator and microwave as well. Desk help was awesome. I did have a huge problem with the beds not having mattress covers. There was coffee in the front lounge area, not in the room.

I was expecting old when I saw the price of this hotel because it is certainly cheap enough. It has a lot of maintenance issues which is probably to be expected but it smells musty, has tiles that are falling off and a toilet seat that is barely attached. The worst is that with those issues, they could have at least been helpful. I had to call for towels every day. We would get one towel for 3 people and Sunday they did not make up the room until 6 pm. Because the hotel is old, it does not have key cards on the doors and so it is left unlocked. We got in one night at 2 am and walked right in with no one at the desk. The back door was also left open and anyone could walk in - Lock your doors if you stay there.

different things in the room needed fixing. I thought there was going to be a continental breakfast, there wasn't, just coffee that you had to walk to the lobby to get. [*]

The place is obviously rather old and rundown. Think once turquoise tile in the bathroom painted over a beige, but you can still tell it was once turquoise. Also, the faucet was not secured/caulked, which was a little unnerving. But the bed was average/normal. There was free wi-fi. The room was much larger than needed, actually a little spooky being so large. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. I had a noodle bowl with me for my dinner and they let me get some water for their cooler and use their microwave in their coffee room.

Change your description to delete mention of free continental breakfast. They did not even have a teabag, though they did serve coffee. The bath towel was too small, but the room was clean except for stains on the rug.

We were looking for an inexpensive hotel for one night near Rensellaer. This one said that is had a "spacious lobby" [...]. There was no coffee or breakfast - the room smelled, and had a number of repairs. [...] They did have wireless internet as promised, however and I was able to get my second billing back. There are dozens of other hotels - including 3 Marriots within walking distance that I can't imagine would be this BAD.

No breakfast provided[...].

Dirty hot tub, dirty bathroom, dirty bed, dirty carpet floor, there was hairs in the bed, in summary was TERRIBLE.

Quiet able to get work done and sleep

A clean, quiet room. No fridge, microwave, coffee maker, or breakfast like it said in the info but for a quick overnight business trip it was okay. The Internet worked with no problem. Thats really all there is to say.
