It was a horific experience. When we walked in to check in the lobby looks nice but beyond that everything was dirty, old, not kept up. Our room had bugs in the bathroom and the entire floor smelled like marijuana despite non smoking. Also sheets had stains. Very bad reputation for ramada and I will never use ramada again.

Front desk is extremely understaffed, took 15-20 minutes to check in and although there were three bodies at the front desk, only one person was checking guests in. I had two different reservations and wanted to consolidate them to one single one. I made the person checking me of this and she told me that there was no way that I could stay in the same room and that I would have to check out, take all of my belongings out of the room, and check back in. The next day when I spoke to a different staff member she was able to keep me in my room, but this was AFTER I had already taken all of my belongings out of the 4th floor, VERY INCONVENIENT!!!

Issues with bathroom cleanliness (someone else's hair remained on the tub upon arrival), the sink gushed and overshot the bowl, the key-card doors were difficult to open, the door between connecting rooms was unlocked upon arrival and also difficult to get to lock. The elevator spontaneously selected floors to stop at, regardless of buttons pushed; one staff member said during such a ride "it always takes you on a tour."

The room was clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was good as far as options..hot and cold.

It needs to be refurbished. It looks old, things are cracked, run down. Better off choosing a different place to stay. If you are acclimated to staying in somewhat nicer hotels, you could do better. If you've accustomed yourself to the finer things in life, don't stop here, keep looking.

Free breakfast was yucky. Beds did not have enough blankets..asked for another we were given a dirty one that was stained with what looked like blood! Front desk people were grumpy.

Very nice staff, terrible hotel. Dirty rooms, damp, spiders, ants, water damage, mold in bathrooms, dust, smelled like smoke covered w air fresheners, keys didn't work every other night, bar is old and falling apart, doesn't feel safe. They say they are remodeling, but that could take awhile.

Ready for unexpected fees if you choose this hotel. They'll take a credit card information when you check in and tell you it's just for a security. But I end us charging $25 after two days. When i call them they told me, they don't know nothing about it.

The hotel is apparently under construction but and there were old furnishings in the hallway, pool was not very clean, the common area was dirty..... Elevator floors need cleaning, there was a beer can in the room on the floor next to my kids bed and the tub my kids almost fell because it seems water is settled underneath and it's like you're floating, drain backs up it just smells like cigarettes. The staff were welcoming but the place is q MESSP

Nice people and a quiet restful place to rest is exactly what I needed. This building is older, but that makes the rooms very quiet. I spent three nights there and never heard anyone in the adjacent rooms.

I booked a room for one night around 8:00PM and reached the hotel around midnight. I was given keys to a room which was already occupied. This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I had extended my stay for two more nights. The room service came in once on the first day when we were in the room and said that they will come when we are out for lunch. They never showed up after that. I requested for new sets of towels at the front desk. I was told initially that they would place the towels on the bed and that never happened either. I staff was OK. We didn't exactly feel welcome. The lift was dirty, the buttons didn't work or it was not showing the indication correctly. This is my worst hotel experience and I would never ever stay in Ramada Inn again. No way I am recommending this place to anyone.

Stayed here rather than Albany proper. The price is right. It could use some more sprucing up.

Easy to find, other than that I was very dissatisfied. I walked into my room and instantly smelled and odor, there was mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom and lastly the sink leaked directly onto the carpet, which I'm sure contributed to the smell of the room. Very disappointed and would not stay here ever again.

water leak in closet, musty smell, ac noisy, equipment on adjacent rooftop very noisy as not maintained, difficult to sleep beacuse of noise.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel is somewhat run down and not too clean. Everyone smoked at the front door which meant you had to walk through clouds of smoke.I walked in the restaurant to eat, but left due to its lack of cleanliness.

Ok stay. Restaurant was not great. Fitness center outdAted.

THE RAMADA HAS VERY COMFY BED AND A GOOD BREAKFAST

The room was comfortable enough. The pool seemed nice and clean. We arrived a little early but they wouldn't let us check in early. The staff did recommend a good place for lunch for us while we waited. I went to the front desk to get extra towels because there were only two towels in the room and we needed three. They never brought extra towels. The building is old but our stay was pleasant. The free breakfast was good.

It was a good experience, I will stay again . Nice indoor and outdoor pool. The location is close to several places.
