Was awaken when agreed not to wake me. Locked door was found to be open

Staff was pleasant. Hotel was old and gross. Stains everywhere on walls, floors and ceilings. More expensive than a couple other hotels in the area. Decided to stay here for the pool & free breakfast. Pool are was so dirty that I left mud tracks walking to my towel. Sauna was disgusting and shower flooded sauna floor. Breakfast was microwave frozen egg patties with slice of cheese product. Waffle maker broken. Gross and dirty

Room in poor condition. Debris on the floor. Room Carpet in poor repair. Hallway carpet just as bad. Breakfast was not good at any cost. Waffle maker broken. All in all a poor choice.

When I arrived. Was asked what floor I would like. Of all the places I have stayed at. This was only the 2nd time that was asked. The front desk. They were very friendly at all times. Always would ask how you were doing.

We stay here every year, and I am not sure what is going on with management or the staff but we were so disappointed with our experience here this year. They wouldn't accommodate us for early check in so we waited for 4 hours in the lobby. The wifi did not work our entire stay. We returned to our rooms on day 2 and neither room received overnight housecleaning service. We had no towels to shower, no toiletries and no beds made. The room was never serviced. We called and complained and they said they would send someone right over. 2 hours later we still had no towels or service. We had to leave for dinner and still received no towels. The elevator was out of service our entire stay. The vending machine and ice machine as well. No towels in the pool area. The worst was there was a woman on staff in the cafeteria area that was rude to guests when they requested waffle batter at breakfast. We won't be returning here. The cost of the stay was not worth the quality of service we received at all.

Hotel had a funky weird metal type smell. Luggage rack would not fit in elevator easily. One of the beds was caved in. Tub looked unclean with terrible caulking job. Pool was closed when it should have been open.

we stayed for three days while moving to albany and could hear the people around us clearly. the bed had springs poking out. but not bad for 64 bucks

Lobby had musty odor. My non smoking room smelled of cigarettes and pot. There was no hot water when taking a shower.

Only stayed one night, comfy. Could be busy when major events are going on at UAlbany.

Easy to locate. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

Clean hotel rooms, good breakfast, nice staff. Stayed 2 nights while taking the NY Bar Exam. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Lots of great options and not a long wait.

Lobby smelled bad, not a good start! building needs updated, room was okay. would not stay there again :(

The ad for the location stated full breakfast but how can you have a full breakfast when a meat is not offered, and the eggs were frozen omelets, and had to be microwaved. I probably will not stay at another Best Western. On the upside the bed and living area were nice and the bed was comfortable.

Great location, rooms are tiny though. After spending all day outside it was an easy place to find some rest. Awesome views from the 20th floors and higher. Take the airport bus back best 40 min and 140HKD spent.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The first time we came, they were doing renovations. The hotel looks great and the staff is very friendly! Our room was clean and comfortable. We were a bit disappointed by the indoor pool. While the water was warm, the pool room was freezing. I hope next time, they turn the heat up a bit. Overall, great stay for a great price!

The staff was extremely friendly. I don't think I passed by a staff member without them saying hi and wishing me a good day. Really enjoyed that.

Hotel was quite nice. Staff friendly and quite helpful. Breakfast is pretty good. There are hot options, so definitely better than some hotels that only serve pastries. I'm staying at a hotel while waiting for my new apartment. I work nights and frequently had my Do Not Disturb sign on my door so I could get some sleep during the day. The sign went missing from my door on the third morning, so I'm guessing they don't like you to use it.

In town for just one night for a concert at the Palace Theater. The hotel was in a great location. Very clean room, nice amenities, staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was the best I ever experienced at any hotel!

decent hotel for the price. a solid three stars
