We booked the king room with sofa bed and the room was spacious and comfortable, a little older property but the staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the beds creaked every time you rolled over- it was as if the bed did not even have a box spring. We were woken up at 7 in the morning by the people next door- their children were yelling and screaming in the room and up and down the corridor outside. When we went down to breakfast at 8 everything seemed to be out- the waffle batter was out, the hot foods, the bread and danishes- just needed to be replenished. Front desk staff was super nice, but the room furniture was horrific (vinyl couches?), yellow chairs?, and the facilities needed a lot of help.

Really good hotel. Good suite, good TV brand, clean bathroom, comfy beds. Two smaller complaints: there are thin ceilings so that I could hear a lot of action from upstairs and their seemingly many children before I was ready to wake up. Also, the food started to not get restocked after about 8:15 and that’s a bummer for the people coming down the hall between then and 9am. Just have enough yogurt and muffins and orange juice for everybody. This establishment makes enough money to keep breakfast stocked for three hours.

This hotel was under remodel. The room next to ours was a connected suite with three ladies who smoked and partied half the night. It was miserable and the doors and walls were paper thin. The fold out bed was nasty with stains everywhere. Pool was freezing cold and dark and hot tub was broken. Staff was nice enough, but that’s about it.

Nice, clean, quiet and budget friendly hotel. Enjoyed stay here while visiting Great Sand Dunes National Park and Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge. I would recommend!
