I was disappointed in the built of this hotel floors and walls bad quality materials , although it looks like they have done a lot it is still stuck in 1980. Wish i could have gotten a better night sleep ! The sounds carried ! : (

Room was ok upon arrival but half cup of water was sitting on counter & trash cans had not been dumped. Breakfast did not have fresh fruit variety & juices were watered down. Floors were lumpy under the carpets & uneven.

Not bad, I didn't get what i booked. I think one bed is enough for me. But , they just put me a two bedroom room. Close to shopping which is nice. Overall my experience was not bad.

The hotel was pleasantly clean, near all the attractions we came to see. The staff was very helpful with directions and recommending local restaurants.

A little outdated. Pool and hot tub were outdated but fine. Hot tub wasnt hot. Bubble jet timer broken. Railing into tub was very loose. When we arrived there was an old car, appeared to be wrecked and wheel gone, sitting practically in middle of parking lot. When we got up next morning still there. Staff wasnt taking car of issue. When I spoke to them they seemed clueless as to why it was sitting in their parking lot. Weird.

For the price, the room was good. Nothing over the top but clean & sufficient. Good for an overnight stay passing through. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel is tired and run down. It isn't gross, but not pristine by any means. Outdated for sure. I think it's near top of the line for it's price range. Hotel staff were friendly enough, we had a reservation issue (our fault) and the staff were kind and helpful. The tissue box remained empty our whole stay. It rained hard one night and water got in under the window on top of the AC unit. Mold is a great concern to me because I have compromised lungs. Windows were dirty and I'm sure the water getting in had happened before. Some people might get very sick from this exposure. I probably would not stay here again because of my mold concerns.

I booked a suite. I got 2 queen size beds in a large room. Very tiny bathroom the length of the tub and enough room for toilet. I said I booked a suite I was told that was the suite. I was there for two days and room was not cleaned. I did cleaning in evening when we returned. I would not recommend.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was fantastic (it smelled a lot like a smoking room, but not everyone who stays in hotels obeys the non smoking status of a room), the staff was great, the pool was cold, the hot tub was warm (staff said the heater for the pool was recently [that day] repaired), the breakfast was amazing. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because we REALLY wanted to swim and the pool was waaaay too cold for that!

as perfect for our travel stop and get to see hall of fame

My daughter-in-law and I needed a place to stay while visiting my nephew's family and doing a photo shoot of his new baby. Other Ramadas I've stayed in were exceptional, so I chose to pay a few more bucks than I would've at a cheap little flophouse, and I wasn't disappointed. Walls were a little thin, but cleanliness, service, and amazing full breakfast are what keep me coming back to a Ramada.

Stayed for one night. The room was clean and very comfortable.

The hotel staff was nice and friendly. However, the bathroom was extremely dirty and the bed was very hard.

We have family in Canton and we were in town for a wedding reception. We stayed at the Ramada because it was the best price for what we wanted. We stayed in the king suite because we always want a king bed. The room was spacious with a living area that could be closed off from the bedroom. We had no need for this as there were only two of us. We were greeted warmly by the staff and had no issues with checking in. Our room met our standards of cleanliness. Our only issue with the room is that the bathroom was incredibly small. I almost felt claustrophobic inside of it. With a room that size I would expect a larger bathroom. All in all it was a good room for the price and we would stay again.

The beds were just a little softer then sleeping on the floor. Room was clean and staff were very polite. Indoor pool was the coldest pool ive ever been in and deeper then the posted depths.

The hotel was ok.. It wasn't bad. There were a few things that could have been adjusted such as housekeeping. The fact that we stayed a whole week, housekeeping wasn't done as thoroughly as I would have liked. Two days I had to track down someone to come get our trash and when I did they had on their paper "no services." She said this was because my door was locked when she came by, I was actually just in the shower but still needed services. They were all very friendly though. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The breakfast was good.

Pros: The check-in staff was courteous, the hotel was clean, the parking was alongside the building and well-lit, the hotel was on a major roadway with many shops and restaurants nearby, and a hot breakfast (including sausage, eggs, and waffles) was included with the room price. The hotel was a convenient drive from the Football Hall of Fame, and McKinley's Memorial and Library. The layout of my room was convenient: the bedroom area was separated from the living-room area (which included a pull-out sofa). There was a kitchenette in my room; the kitchenette included a microwave over, a refrigerator, a sink, a coffee maker, and a small table with chairs. Cons: The tub area had some mildew in spots and could have used some good grout work, in my opinion (some grout work had been done, but it appeared to have been done not so well). Also, there were water stains on the ceiling of my room, and two wet hand towels had been left (by housekeeping?) on the bar of the shower curtain rod. Otherwise, the room was clean.

This hotel is very dated, and just overall unclean. There was a pervasive mildew smell in my room, as well as mold in the bathroom. The room itself was set up weird; the TV didn't face the bed and the bed pillows were four small square pillows rather than one or two longer pillows, making sleep uncomfortable. There were no real amenities to speak of. The staff was friendly, but the hotel itself was just kind of gross.

the hotel entirely was very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. the only problem was the king size room we had the bathroom was only about 2 ft wide, not counting the tub/shower. you could barely get in the bathroom door without being on top of the toilet seat.

Breakfast was awesome. Room very nice, but didn't like small pillows. Also saw a few "p" ants in bathroom. Hot tub needed more water as jets splashed up and over edges. Staff very helpful
