Very nice. Advise to Orbitz Don't make this opinion difficult. I have given you enough don't make me write as essay

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff.

Hotel is nice....restaurant is ok....nice place to be around downtown Akron

Everything was great, very very nice hotel. The only problem was alot of noise in the hallway. My door kept getting banged on and I could kind of hear ppl through the doors. Overall, it was really nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay there.

Tv had horrible picture, no refrigerator to place left overs in, beer cans throughout pool area and no clean towels. Ceiling had extensive water damage. All this can be yours for the "low rate" of $160/ night....

Front desk clerk was absolutely wonderful and helpful. The kids stayed in the pool for hours and it was very relaxing. I would definitely go again we didn't get to z stay for breakfast but the bar slash lounge area was nice. I loved it.

It was a girl's weekend it turned out very relaxing. The room was nice and so was t he location. My suggestion would be they update the pool area, it was very dark and outdated.

Limited fitness center although what they had all worked. Hot tub was very hot. Had some rust spots in pool but looked clean. Right across from police station, very safe. First Lady museum across street. All in all would stay again.

If you need a hotel in Canton Ohio please consider staying at the McKinley Grand. I had a wonderful experience.

couldn't get closer to the downtown Canton activities

Hotel once was a show piece, now the halls and rooms are smelly. Parking is either on the street-have to move car by 8am or in a garage that is connected by a walkway on the second level. All parking on the second level is reserved, I assume for people that work in another attached building. So we needed to park on three take the elevator to two (had been on a one week travel vacation--had several bags) cross over (in the smelly walk way) take the elevator in the hotel on two to our floor (three). The breakfast was great--fresh strawberries, 1/2 grapefruit, eggs, sausage hash browns (buffet) as well as service at the table for coffee and tea. Very pleasant staff. The room had glasses and ceramic mugs--nice touch. It was close to the Football Hall of Fame, but in a depressed town. All staff-except the front desk was friendly and helpful. The smell was a problem for me--but I slept well, despite the hotel being very busy that night the room was quiet and comfortable. TV was a large screen--but the channels were not HD so it was awful to watch TV.

We booked this room for the bride and groom following their wedding reception at a different location. They arrived very late to the hotel. A room was available for them, but it was not very clean. There was 1 towel in the bathroom. When they asked for more towels, they were told they were not available. Another wedding had taken place at the hotel that evening. The guests were VERY loud and obnoxious. When they asked for a different room in a quieter location, it was not available. This hotel used to be great - it is not so great now. It is very dated and the staff is inhospitable. So sorry we booked this hotel! The couple ended up checking out 2 hours later and going somewhere else to get some rest. A total waste of money and a very bad experience! So disappointing.

When I booked the hotel I thought it would be a grand experience for the price I paid but unfortunately that was not the case. The hotel is outdated, almost shabby. The beds were comfortable but their weren't even laundry bags in the room until asked and the bedding a were stained. The area is completely deserted and no restaurants were in sight. The pool is there but very outdated as well.

I enjoyed my stay at the McKinley Grand Hotel, due to its location in the heart of downtown Canton. It's right across the street from the First Ladies Library, which is a must-see, and the hotel features a classic car collection downstairs, along with a very pretty lobby/ballroom area. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. I recommend this hotel for value and its charm.

I stay at this hotel often and it's very pleasant and clean.

Great staff and location. I will stay here every time I come to town.

Great Staff, very helpful and courteous. Parking the only issue.

I travel to Canton for business. McKinley hotel is right downtown where I am working. It's clean, has a restaurant and all the amenities needed for a business trip.

An excellent stay and location. It is directly across from the First Ladies Museum and William McKinley's home. also a short drive to the Football Hall of Fame.

Hotel is going thru some updating in prep for the Hall of Fame festivities next month. Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. Surprised by parking charge for garage across the street. Enjoyed afternoon at Jim Thorpe Pub.
