We stayed here for the first time last October 2016 for our honeymoon and decided to book here again this April 9-12 because of its location. We booked the exceptional room with 2 queen beds because we brought our first child with us. As usual the room was spacious, clean, clean comfort room, good breakfast and nice view at the pool. The location of the hotel was inside Dmall so you can easily access restaurants, shops and it’s just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also I want to thank the staffs for coordinating with me because I decided to surprise my husband because it was his birthday last April 11. We had so much fun and will definitely book here again if we visit Boracay!
beautiful hotel, closed to the beach in station 2 on the mall itself!!! pool is awesome too. theres something on this hotel that will always make me choose... its uniqueness and its beauty, food is great very clean room, food wasnt that bad though, but i love the hotel itself so i will definitely highly recommend the hotel
Hotel was in an ok position in DMall - good if you like you like to be amongst restaurants and shops. No designated beach area (if there was we were never told) - had to pay to use deck chairs / umbrellas by the beach. No hot water - this is the norm we were advised. Water was luke warm. Breakfast was good - just need to be early. Pick up and drop off service cannot be faulted- every aspect taken care of which was great. Room was clean. Staff friendly & approachable.
Good choice if you want to be near shopping and dining. It's not a beachfront hotel but it's close enough (and they do have a tie-up with Epic for beachfront lounge chairs). Surroundings are a bit crowded sometimes but that's not an issue with us. The hotel itself is clean and fairly maintained despite being in operation for at least a decade now. Rooms are clean. Except for wifi problems, we had no major issues. Staff and personnel are helpful and courteous. Overall a good stay with a good value for money. Stayed for 3 nights. I have a good deal on room rates for booking earlier. Im not sure what will i feel if i will be paying the true rate for this hotel. Service: i have no comment on the staff of the hotel. All are very helpful, friendly and warm. 👏🏻👍🏼 Rooms(essential room)/hotel: this hotel needs to be refreshed if not renovation. It looks very tired and lonely.. thanks to the staff this hotel is bearable. Beds are so so. Toilet are wisely design ( i guess the layout is good for family to maximise the space) lots of mosquitos in our room so prepare your mossie spray. Breakfast: they need to improve on the quality of the food. The selection is plenty but just average. I had a burnt bacon on my two days that i took their bfast. Spa: One of my best massage ever.. 👍🏼 Location: the best if you like to be in the middle of action. Unlike the other reviewers, i appreciate how close it is to everything. Select a room on the first floor so at night its quiet. You have discount in all the nicer bar resto and in d’mall.
Unfortunately this hotel isn’t all it seems in the photographs. On arrival the staff was helpful and polite whilst they had a queue of people to get through. The hotel itself is very tired looking the white walls are dirty with mould and rust on them. The rooms was very uncomfortable possibly the worst 3 nights sleep I had in the Philippines so new mattresses would be worth investing in. The bar/pool area is also very tired looking the seating area is discoloured and didn’t look anything like the photos. The pool area was dirty with half of the fake grass on the stairs pulled up. The gym had good equipment. The breakfast was the best we’d had in the Philippines. We ended up checking out 4 days early due to terrible weather. The hotel is right in the middle of Dmall so don’t expect to much piece and quiet. If the hotel had a good renovation it wouldn’t be so much better. The WiFi is fairly good most of the time but can only register 1 device per person.
For the money I believe this hotel is only mediocre. Don’t believe it’s a four star. Location is in station 2 and is only 5min walk from the beach. I found the hotel kind of dirty. It did have a gym and a rooftop pool (which also was dirty). Staff was nice and polite. You do have to drag your luggage through D’Mall to get to the location. So hopefully your bag wasn’t as big as mine or else it’ll be a hassle as the roads are not flat.
Overall a pretty nice hotel, not as nice as the pictures show but still good. I did read a few bad reviews about the staff but they must have had a clean out or new management as the staff were just great. There is a nice younger guy on the front desk with glasses who could not be more helpful and is a credit to this hotel. The pool area upstairs is nice and there is a bar there with table service which is a nice touch. We did have the breakfast a couple of times and they put on a good spread of Asian and Western foods.....if not a little expensive at 500 pesos. The hotel is right in the middle of the D'Mall with so many bars and restaurants within a few mins walk........the beach is only a few mins away too. It can be a little noisy here but the music seems to drop off pretty early. And the WiFi is just a joke,, they would be best off saying they dont have internet it is so bad, completely unusable. I would stay agin for sure.
Stayed here for 2 nights. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 11. My oldest daughter was class as an adult and therefore we paid extra P1500 per night for her which included breakfast. We stayed in essential room which was nice. We were looking for a budget hotel as our holiday trip is for 5 weeks and we were also staying 2 nights at Hennan Prime Beach Resort in Station 1. This is our 5th time in Boracay and we have always stayed in Station 1. I don’t mind the location of the hotel right at dmall, actually love the fact it is close to everything at dmall. However I don’t like the beach at Station 2 as there were too many boats, vendors and the sand area wasn’t as clean as in Station 1. We purchased our one way transfer from Cebu Pac which the flight attendant who was selling during our flight for P550 each. This was through Southwest, it’s good because speed boat was used opposed to bangka. So much quicker getting from each jetty. The pool was accessible at our stay but the were doing some minor maintenance. It’s ok size pool but there were no shades/umbrella right on the lounge/pool area. The beds were too hard for my liking but the room was very clean which is a big plus. Room has sufficient space for us to move around and have our luggages. Cleaners were always cleaning the hotel surroundings. Buffet breakfast has a great selection and super yummy. However I think there were too many staff in the restaurant than they were guests. I recommend requesting a room with your own balcony so you can hang your wet gears in private balcony opposed on the hall way. Room few doors to us had her sexy under-wears hanging on the hallway - awkward!! Front desk was pleasant to deal with. Check in and check out was a breeze.
Pool area, music, breathtaking view blended all together with state of the art decor and design. Good service. Foods are great but pricey, they need to be reasonable about it. But you feel like you deserve the very best that the Boracay Island has to offer, you should seriously consider treating yourself to this place!
