The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned apartment for rent in the town of Ajaccio, less than a kilometer from the beach. It has a surface area of 72 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) and access to the terrace

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A 12m² south-east facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Ajaccio, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets and more.

- Visit the Maison Bonaparte, a museum housed in Napoleon's birthplace, tracing his family history and the imperial era.
- Admire the sunset from Pointe de la Parata, offering spectacular views of the Sanguinaires Islands and their Genoese tower.
- Explore the Citadelle Miollis, a former Genoese fortress transformed into a cultural venue hosting exhibitions and events.
- Stroll through the old town and the port, discovering picturesque streets, local markets and the hustle and bustle of the old port with its fishermen.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's outdoor car park for all types of vehicles. Free public parking is also available nearby.
