I travelled along with my wife for celebrating birthday and stayed for 02 memorable nights. Mr. Abhishek Chadda (front Office) I think words will not be enough to thank him for his efforts to make our stay memorable for both of us. He did not left any stone turned around for us by making sure that the room which we are getting has nice view, before our arrival he checked that the temperature in the room was well maintained, turndown in the room was also given. Special thanks to chef Ishan for making sure that we have great meal in the restaurant. Will surely come back to this hotel.
Amazing service from Trident staff, after a train cancellation and return to the hotel, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating organising alternative transport. One of the most organised and friendly hotels I have ever visited
We stayed in Trident during our visit to Agra. It was one of my best experiences. The property is excellent with beautifully done rooms, large open spaces, bid swimming pool etc. Service is great and all request or queries are answered promptly. Food is great we had our lunch and breakfast here and all dishes were well prepared. Chef personally came to us and asked our feedback which I think is great. In evenings we had pottery making, fortune telling, puppet show and magic show was organised by Hotel which made our day. Also Hotel has good variety of plants and animals in backyard like peacocks, mongoose, swans etc. In all perfect stay in the city of Taj!!
Experienced historical agra while at trident. The extra caring And helpful staff indeed deserve appreciation esp the guys. At gate when we walked in & out of. Hotel on foot. The food and inner courtyard pool times still missed. Watched local lights show fr which hotel helped us as tickets else were bit difficult. Very caring and courteous trident.
The location is good, excellent well-maintained property, very good house-keeping, excellent food and great service! The rooms are very clean and so are pools and activities in the hotel. The personal attention is worth mentioning.
A quiet peaceful place especially for those who are on business in India. Considerate and friendly personnel. Comfortable and cosy rooms. European and Indian quisine. One may either train in the gym, indulge in the SPA or chat with the loved ones using complimentary Wi-Fi.
A beautiful place to stay at Agra, located just next to the Taj....walking distance, is very homely hotel. The staff is very cordial, cooperative. Rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Dining area is well maintained. It has a small clean swimming pool also. Sadar bazaar, the Cantt market is also near, with good service of auto rickshaw available at a very economy rates. Must stay here once in Agra. You would love it.
A fantastic hotel set in a brilliant location; near to Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal. The staff at the hotel could not do enough to make sure you have a fantastic stay. The waiting staff and chefs were incredible, attending to your every need. The head chef even comes and talks to the guests and offers to make some traditional Indian food for them to try. The rooms are clean and spacious and there is a lovely and relaxing pool. Although right next to a busy road, the hotel is quiet and peaceful so a great nights sleep is guaranteed.
One of the best hotels we used during our tour in India. Rooms were of good size with a large bathroom, and as a bonus all rooms were on the ground floor. Very clean and tidy with a full range of soap, shampoos and other amenities required for your stay. Meals were of the buffet style with a full choice of food to suit all palates. We had a recommendation to have a wwod fired pizza at lunchtime. One of the beat we have had and that includes lots ot pizzas we had in Italy. Would stay here again for sure.
We were only here for one night as part of a trip through Rajasthan, but we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were good, and the gardens and pool were a pleasant respite from the noise and bustle of Agra itself. The highlight for us was the food. We didn't have the buffet in the evening and the Indian dishes we chose from the menu were superb, and Eshan the Chef, who I see others have mentioned, made some traditional 'canapes' for us to sample, as well as 'Petha' a traditional dessert. Prashant was one of the waiters serving us and when he heard that I really liked paneer he returned with flat breads stuffed with paneeer and coriander which were delicious. Roshan - our waiter for the whole evening was very solicitous and helpful. We would recommend this hotel. It was all very easy and relaxed. Hilary and Adrian Wright
