This pretty studio is located in the luxury residence "Le Matago", in the heart of the resort. Its location on the second floor (elevator) allows it to have an unobstructed view of the port and the green spaces of the residence. The shops, the beach, the quays, the restaurants, the nautical activities and the leisure island are accessible on foot in just a few minutes. It includes a pleasant living room with a fully equipped kitchenette area (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker) and a lounge area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with toilet. The whole opens onto a balcony on which it is pleasant to take your meals or relax while having a magnificent view of the port.
