Résidence Port Dauphin 1 - Centre Port; spacieux appartement en duplex avec grande terrasse pour 7 personnes.
Au premier niveau se trouvent une chambre simple, une chambre double, une salle de bains et un WC indépendant.
L'escalier mène au second niveau sur une belle pièce de vie avec une grande terrasse avec vue dégagée sur le port. Se trouvent également une chambre double avec sa salle de bains attenante et une mezzanine accueillant un grand lit.
Le garage sécurisé (hauteur max 1m80) est situé à 2 min à pieds.
La résidence est dotée d'une piscine.

Attention ! L'accès à la pièce vie avec sa terrasse se fait par un escalier.

SITUATION GEOGRAPHIQUE :

La résidence PORT DAUPHIN 1 est une des rares résidences au centre port du Cap d'Agde à disposer d'une piscine.
Idéalement placée au cœur des commerce ouverts à l'année. Les plages du Môle et Richelieu sont accessibles à pied par voie piétonnière le long des quais. Salon nautique du Cap d'Agde accessible en 5 minutes par les quais.



IMPORTANT :
La location ne comprend pas le ménage de fin de séjour, elle sera à régler sur place le jour de l'arrivée.
Un dépôt de garantie de 520 euros sera demandé le jour de l'arrivée sous la forme de deux chèques qui ne seront pas encaissés ; un de 400 euros en cas de détérioration dans l'appartement et un autre de 120 euros en cas de ménage à effectuer suite à votre départ.
Les deux chèques seront détruits dans la semaine suivant le départ si le logement est restitué dans le même état qu'à l'arrivée. Le dépôt de garantie peut également être versé en espèces.
