This charming two-storey retreat welcomes you with wraparound verandas, sea breezes, and sweeping coastal views on both levels. Upstairs, the main living room is a relaxed space with comfy seating, a smart TV, and a reverse cycle split system for comfort year-round. Large windows flood the space with light and frame the water views beautifully. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for family meals or lazy breakfasts, with a full-size fridge, coffee pod machine, breakfast bar, and all cooking essentials.

Head downstairs to a second living area with a billiards table and lounge – a great space for kids and teens to hang out. Outdoors, choose between the sun-drenched upper verandah or shaded lower patio, both perfect for relaxing with a drink after a coastal walk.

The primary bedroom upstairs features a king-size bed and a private ensuite. Two downstairs bedrooms (one queen, one double) offer restful escapes, with heaters and garden outlooks. The home also includes a main bathroom with a separate shower and large bathtub – ideal for post-beach wind-downs – plus a full laundry area with washer and deep sink.

Additional luxuries include Wi-Fi throughout, ceiling fans, parking for one car, and plenty of space to spread out, whether you`re unwinding or gearing up for a day on the coast.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Tucked into a quiet seaside enclave, Casa Azul is a dream spot for families and nature lovers. Just five minutes on foot brings you to the clifftop walking path – perfect for morning strolls or scenic photo ops. The nearby playground and covered picnic area make it great for kids, and the beach offers calm waters ideal for swimming, fishing, or exploring the rock pools. The local café strip is a short drive away, offering great coffee, fish and chips, and ice cream to go.

Take the shared-use path north for incredible views and whale spotting in season. Snap a photo at the lookout shelter near the bench-lined ridge – just a six-minute walk. Pack a picnic for the reserve by the jetty, where you’ll find shaded seating and gentle shore access.

Parking: A parking spot is available in the garage, and another in the driveway.

Airport: 40 minutes by car.

Public transport: Just a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
