Hotel was clean and quiet. Stayed one night for business. Breakfast options were okay. I liked that they provided "to go bags" for travelers on the move that didn't have time to sit in and eat.
The pillows were stained and dirty - the vent in bathroom was not working - when staying as family was not conducive for multiple use due to dampness
I would give it a 4* out of 5* Property is fine. Maintenance is fair. As buildings age...you will need to keep up with this matter. Overall, good place. I would stay again.

We checked into the hotel at 12:30 am on Saturday morning. We had driven 10 hours in rain. We arrived and they checked us in like usual. We unloaded our car and were approaching our room when we were told our room had another guest already in it. I asked to be moved to another room and was told they were completely booked. I then asked them to arrange another hotel in the area. I was told there were no hotels with room until Chattanooga, TN. I asked her how this happened and how she was going to resolve the issue. They ended up putting us in a room that was out of order and did not have enough beds. Half of my party slept on the floor. The staff person was very apologetic and it was not her fault but it was not a good experience.
It was great. Very clean & great location. The room was great & comfy. The elevator was slow.
