Disappointed that I made the reservations for 3 couples & I got the only room on the 4th floor with a view of the building next door. The other 2 couples were placed on the 11th floor & one of them had an awesome view. But the room itself was excellent. Checkin was great. Breakfast the first morning was excellent. Had to leave too early for breakfast the second day. Disappointing, but the fault of our early flight out.
Not service oriented at all , I have been to many local 4 stars in many places in the world , and this international chain was the worst one of them We arrive and have to wait 2 hours for the room, Weird billing system for food consumed at the hotel , they would not charge it to your room you have to pay upfront for two appetizers and a drink to be served that we had to wait for over one hour for to be served to us Breakfast starts later than most hotels , and you can actually hear the breakfast service staff fighting before opening the curtain behind which the sad little hotel restaurant stands Bad food quality We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights during which no cleaning service even touched the room Staff not helpful at all I have at least one trip a year to Abu Dhabi , would never stay in Novotel again , especially when there is a lovely lovely Hilton near by
