We travelled to Mirfa as a group of 3 families with 4children for a weekend getaway and I must say it was a totally enjoyable trip. The drive took us about 2.5hrs from Dubai. We arrived before check in time, rooms weren't ready so we used the pool and beach area till check in time. The pool is good. It has a shallow and deep side... unlike some resorts that have the same depth through out. We took half board - the dinner was set menu. The choices were good and the portions were quite generous. Breakfast was a buffet also with sufficient options. A special mention of our server "Dechen" she was very courteous and polite. Also thanks to Michael Colaco from recreation who ensured we were having a good time. Well done Team Mirfa!
An awesome place for group gathering, actually we were 11 persons and booked 5 rooms in Mirfa Hotel and we really enjoyed. Especially the swimming pool was great and big with a view of the sea. Quite and good place for relaxation far away from the cities crowd. For the food there are some simple and good restaurants u can find in Mirfa.
For our wedding anniversary we pass by at mirfa hotel. The restaurant so quite and the waitress so wonderful and welcoming she offer us a wide selection of dish thanks to the chef and other staff we enjoy the hammour and steak. We recommend Maria for everyone she's the best server maganda na mabait pa. Salamat sa karanasan sa aming 30th of wedding anniversary.
We visited Mirfa hotel during Eid weekend. Its a huge property with sweeping views of Arabian gulf. The rooms are spacious and hotel is absolute stunning. There are so many activities that you can do from badminton, tennis, snooker and amazing water sports.. The pool is clean and perfect spot to enjoy evening cocktails. Staff is so friendly and accomodating. Would like to thank Parvati for for looking after us so well. Also would like to thank Asst F&B Manager Mr. DON for amazing hospitality. A highly recommended destination!!

Good day mirfa, thank you very much for our wonderful experience. We had memorable memories to cherish and share. Thanks to the management for the cake and sparkling wine, at the restaurant thank you Maria for your great service and hospitality and I guess your same Maria in reception and in pool side. we met your such a sweet staff and I'm envious on your skin I wish I have that my husband have a third look on you not twice ha ha ha. Our dinner so fantastic the decorations simple but creative and hardwork very much appreciated. God bless. Hope to see you again.
I visited the same hotel many times. It is really well kept, with beautiful swimming pool and facing the sea. Tennis fields are as well available for free as the gym. Special mention to all the staff of the hotel, from the houskeeping service, swimming pool lifeguard, gym assistant, waiters, especially Mr. SURYA. They are all hard workers, kind and professional. Recommended!
Mirfa hotel was everything I wanted in my nine months away from my home country. The environment is very quiet and the ambiance was really refreshing especially in the early hours coming of your cozy and spacious room. I enjoyed the breakfast every single morning with staff like: Parvati, Som, Surya and all the restaurant staff ready and willing to serve you. I will also mention the ever smiling Jihani and hard working Paul at the front desk willing to assist anytime. Nine months is long enough to give an accurate rating of a business environment serving the public in an excellent manna. I will definitely return to Mirfa Hotel very soon. Eric Ambille
Mirfa Hotel has been a pleasant experience away from home. The hotel has been quite accommodating when it comes to arranging alternate times for breakfast due to my schedule. Typically, there is a buffet of assorted foods to choose from, however when the number of guests reduce, it becomes a "battle" to order à la carte and meet my deadline for breakfast. In such cases, the calm and collected staff like Surya and Som are ever willing to go the extra mile to meet my detailed demands with regards to the number to slices I want on my plate! They even have the time to crack a joke or two with me which I very much appreciate. There is a sports bar with happy hour offers on Thursdays and Fridays from 17:00 - 19:00. The gym is well stocked with equipment and even has a personal trainer service if required. The swimming pool is wonderful and I believe can even be heated, which would only come in handy on very windy and cool days. The hotel boasts of other sporting amenities such as a tennis court, kite surfing and jet skiing. For those interested in some wildlife, there are peacocks and ducks roaming the lawns in front of the hotel attracting the attention of visitors especially children. The hotel has two types of rooms as the west wing has been renovated and I find the rooms in the wing more appealing. There is free wifi in the hotel however as is typical with the laws of the country not all websites are accessible. With the exception of a leakage from the roof in the breakfast room which causes a rearrangement of the setup for the buffet whenever it rains and the à la carte service for breakfast which takes me out of my routine I find nothing else to criticize about Mirfa Hotel. The staff are very friendly and do their best to please you as a client. Keep up the good work and try to serve the buffet at all times ;-)!
For 8 months from October 2016 to end of May 2017 Mirfa Hotel has been my home and after a days work building the large Mirfa IWPP it was a small but very comfortable paradise to retreat back to and relax. The facilities are good and the swimming pool my favourite while chatting with the lifeguards and talking about water sports. If you want to learn kite surfing, talk to Oxan. For jetskiing talk to Silva..they and their collegues are great and kind people who will help you in anyway they can. Food, buffet or a la carte is good and in plenty variety. My favourite is the desert bar with the nicest pudding, chokolate cake and other sweets made by the chef. The bar and restaurant are run by very nice people. Special wishes are never a problem and the chef will make it for you. Just explain it to Maria, Parvati or their male collegues and they will get it across. Parvati's special icecream is my favourite with her chokolate saus and fruit garnish ideas. After work my dinner is the most important meal of the day and it is a joy when she is around. A true professional and wonderful personality from the Kingdom of Bhutan who helps you choice your meal of the day and bring variety. What else can I say. During such a long stay these people and all others I have not mentioned here become very important to make it a pleasant stay. I will truly miss them all when I leave.
