You will not believe there is a hotel on top of the Jebel Hafeet one of the highest mountain in UAE. It is amazing that how they convert this location to a hotel. Wonderful swimming pool also available. If you only pass by this hotel why not go for their buffet. If you stay there don't forget to look sky: D You will amazed with seen sun rise early in the morning and Sun goes down in the evening. This images were captured from my mobile. But at real it is much more beautiful than this
I stayed one night in the hotel recently as a weekend getaway with my wife. The location of the hotel is obviously good and that is why we booked it. The first glitch that we faced was on check-in as the hotel took a lot of time to check us in. Secondly they said that you will not get any points for this stay being an Accor club member because you booked through booking.com which was very strange. The room was big and nice however the balcony which is advertised on the hotel website is so small that you can't even put a chair. For families there are number of activities like mini golf, swimming pool, table tennis etc and that is ofcourse wonderful. Breakfast was nice as well. Overall it was a good stay but service level as compared to other similar hotels in UAE I felt was average.
The view at the pool side was beautiful. The staff was friendly and they helped us with everything we needed or asked for; the service was truly exceptional. The food was delicious and they had a wide choice for us. The weather was perfect as it is early November.
First of all the drive to reach the location is an amazing experience.staff is very welcoming ,we got a upgrade to superior poolside view room by the manager with a early check in on phone before arrival which was a great gesture by him and were also offerd a free welcome drink on arrival.Dinner buffet and the breakfast were delicious and had a lot of variety except the former had some less options for kids but when we aproached the head chef Mr.Abdul he served nuggets and fries specially for my son.other amenities include children pool which needs a bit cleaning, adult pools ,water slides ,squash court, kids play area, tabble tenis and mini golf,All of them were super fun.You can spend your whole day in the resort with these activities and enjoy the views at sunset.
The view from the room was amazing. The room was OK, but the bathroom really needed some work. It would be acceptable for a 3 star hotel. The water in the swimming pool was freezing, even the water for the little children was to cold. Service in the restaurant outside, was very slow, all the meals are prepared in the hotel, and than to the restaurant outside, by that time, your food is cold. There is no shuttle to the town, if you have no car, you have to use a taxi. About 35$.
No doubt about hotel it's awesome at the top of 1200 meter above hill the jabel haffet. It's hard to reach the top with bigbus so we park our bus at lower park and took another vehicle to reach the hotel. Feel like you are most top hight, and more cooler weather there then others Emirates. And all staff's very polite and friendly.
Hotel is in a great location, its clean, tidy and well kept, it is however a little dated and certainly the carpet in our room needed changing, it was a trip hazard. The food was excellent, as there were not many guests rather than having the buffet menu, we had our choice of an a-la-carte menu at no extra cost. We were "All Inclusive" however all drinks and food at the pool where not included. The coffee at shop coffee was included but not any pastries or sandwiches. The bar was open from 5-11 pm for alcoholic drinks only. You could have drinks with your meals though. Having said all that for what we paid for nights all inclusive i thought that 1000aed for the pair of us was a real deal. I would certainly go back.
Yes, the hotel is "dated" when compared to Dubai standards of hotels however it is very clean, excellent staff, service and food was good. We spent most of our time out doors at the pool, slides, crazy golf, table tennis, and enjoying the fresh air.
Purchased the Groupon offer for 2 nights full board , including drinks. Thank you and much appreciation to IBRAHIM at the front desk, for providing a warm, pleasant and professional service. His friendly manner was a huge deciding factor when I had first rung the hotel (prior to buying the deal) to inquire on availability and amenities of the hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable . The view is to die for. Food was ok, found most dishes were recycled for the next meal. Restaurant staff was pleasant, special thank you to serving staff, KUNTAL & RIZA for their attentive n friendly service. Not so great was the restrictions on where we could avail our drinks (on the all inclusive deal), only at the dining restaurant and bar. Wish we were allowed to have them at the pool. Overall a good experience, would definitely recommend and consider for a second visit.
Very good hotel. A little bit isolated but spectacular views and fantastic drive from Al Ain.Friendly and helpful staff.Very good pool and Gym facilities. Good restaurant selection. Breakfast also great. Recommended.
