It was just one night but the worst experience ever. at check I told the lady to change to a family room as I have my family and my booking was single, and she told me they don’t have rooms but she will add a bed and that the room is big enough and I will be charged 100 AED for the upgrade, when I have her my credit card she told me will need it only at checkout When I called at 8 PM asking why the extra bed didn’t arrive they told because you didn’t pay 🤐 At the breakfast you wife and kids wasn’t allowed in as our booking is a single person and when I told them we did an upgrade and I paid the difference , they told me this was only for the extra bed !!!!!! And I had to pay another 90 aed for breakfast Are you joking me !!!! I night in a smelly nasty noisy hotel is worth 600 aed Am a regular traveler and visited hundreds of hotels in UAE and around the world so trust me please and don’t ever trap yourself at this hotel. P.S. the bathrooms was nasty that none of use used it that night even after calling them to re-clean it
I spent a couple of weeks in this hotel and it was very lovely. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the rooms are big and comfortable. there is a nice coffee shop in the roof with a great view of Jabal Hafeet.
Stayed here for 6 months and have to commend everyone from the Front desk staff through to the housekeeping team. I stayed in another famous brand hotel in Al Ain but have to say here was much better. The beds are huge!! Will definitely come back if in Al Ain again
It is an excellent fancy hotel with a friendly staff and reception. Room was clean, big and quiet with a good pool on the roof and great delicious food. The place is close to the Center and near museums. Guest Relation is very welcoming.
We took this hotel as we are travelling to Oman, so stayed for one night only. The front office desk, I could say that they need more welcoming spirit for guest to start a lovely stay in their hotel. Not that that they are not accommodating but they lack cheerfulness. I could suggest to smile more and interact with the guest a little bit, not only just checking the reservation and asking for the ID's. However, I would like to praise the bell team for such a wonderful service as well as the housekeeping and guest services who sounds joyful and housekeeping team are very quick with request. The room hotel was very clean and nice, I like the modern design and quote spacious. The bed was very comfy too and slept well. The food was nice and there is also a shisha place where you can go out and see the view. It was amazing to view Al Ain during the night in their hotel. I would recommend this hotel, very good stop over before heading Oman.
We stayed one night en-route to Dubai from Oman as it was handily placed on our route. From arriving to leaving the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a buffet and there was a good and varied selection, all of it fresh and well prepared. Room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and a good shower. Free parking and a small supermarket connected to the hotel. They had an indoor pool and leisure club that looked very good but we didn't use them this time. Will definitely return.
This was good holidays for me at this hotel. Housekeeping Service was Excellent and Hotel Staffs are very Friendly. Receptionist and Dining Service was good. I would like to Recommended to my friends to stay this Hotel.
The hotel is wonderful in all ways, Room was clean & in very good shape (also the Décor is elegant). The restaurant is good with quality food (I used only breakfast). Very nice indoors pool, Gym is rather small although most of the workout machines & weights are available, massage is superb.
I'm reluctant to give this hotel a negative review as our stay here was in general, ok. The receptionists and front desk staff were very nice and the hotel looks smart. The breakfast had a good selection and the pool and gym areas were good. HOWEVER, 2 things let this place down: 1. The very bad housekeeping. After returning to the room on the first evening, we realised that although the room was tidied (beds were done), it wasn't cleaned at all. Rubbish wasn't cleared, towels werent changed, a cup I had used to make tea with was still left in the same spot - uncleaned. I called house keeping and someone came by to clean again at 9pm at night. However, it was more of the same during the next 4 days of our stay. 2. It gets noisy in the evenings after 8pm. I'm not sure where the noise came from but it was like a constant beating sound every night. On the last night, there was a loud and very irritating humming noise that lasted for hours. Someone was sent to investigate but they did not help. Apparently, it was the noise coming from the jacuzzi pump above the room we were in. We had to endure this noise until 11pm and in the process, I had a sleepy baby woken up by this noise. It's unfortunate but both these factors ruined what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay.
Five stars and thumbs up. 1. Rooms are clean and spacious. 2. Front desk are all accomodating. 3. Greetings and smiles everywhere Will surely recommend this hotel to colleagues and friends. ............... 👍👍👍
