Breakfast options were minimal. Would have liked to see a couple more things available among the selection, and a second waffle maker. Lots of families with kids who were pretty consuming everything in the breakfast lineup - so planning for guest numbers and in-room breakfast options would be nice. Other than at breakfast, guests were respectful. Also hotel was nice, I liked how dog friendly it was, and front office staff were very accommodating. Would like the option of being able to tip housekeeping via the bill, rather than just the option of cash.

Nice lodging right off the exit, highway noise was minimal, the different pillow firmness was appreciated, breakfast was excellent. It would be great if the rooms had channel directories for the TVs. Thanks!
Definitely not a non-smoking room. Not ada compliant Exterior signage and parking lot dimly lit making it hard to find and felt unsafe after dark

From PA, stayed there while shopping for a new home.Easy access to highway, shopping and restaurants.
Checked the room for bed bugs upon arrival . No bed bugs but room had carpet beetles, harmless so not that big a deal. Toilet would not flush, so called front desk, no answer. Walked up to front desk, no one there. Went out to see if they were on a smoke break . Person manning the desk came in after a few minutes smelling of marijuana, so I guess it was a smoke break. They switched us to another room that was satisfactory.
The clerk said you can leave your motorcycle right under the front lobby entrance ! Enough said.
Comfort Inn high standards. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. WiFi is weak as a business tool. I always wish these free breakfasts were a little better, but that's the deal. Good value and I generally like Comfort Inn and Suites.

We chose this hotel based on the previous reviews and decided to pay a little more than the rates we could have gotten using the rooms blocked for a wedding party at other hotels. The bed was a little harder than I would have liked, but I like super soft beds, but I still slept good. The free, hot breakfast bar was tasty and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower head was powerful and relaxing, and rinsed my thick long hair very quickly. The only con about the room was the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, which made for a sauna when trying to get ready after taking a hot shower. We didn't have time to try the heated outdoor pool, but it was a factor in picking this hotel. Overall, it was a comfy nice stay!
Stayed in a king room and there was no room for the chair to the desk. I walked into it twice.

This was exactly what I needed. It was close to shopping and had a lot of good places to eat. The breakfast was good and the hotel was affordable

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey. Our breakfast until March 31, 2023, our breakfast included eggs, bacon/sausage, and toast, as well as biscuits and gravy. Choice Hotels changed our breakfast which now consists of required items: waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and oatmeal. I truly wish that we had our former breakfast but the chain mandates what we can serve. I am sure it will be changed once again, in the not so distant future, however, I truly have no way of knowing. I am sure that tipping by the bill is something that will be added due to most hotels going to this style of tipping. Thank you so much for your comments. They were most helpful.
