Super 8 Aberdeen East

Staff is great. Friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was very good. Carpet needs replacement. Bathrooms need replacement. Heater is old. Windows are old.

The only bad thing is your shower head is 5'8" and I'm 6'3" very uncomfortable washing my hair.

If you think that a customer should be forced to write a comment you are nuts.

Close to restaurants shopping and Northern State University.

The staff was super and did very well, helped with a room trade and got the AC exchanged. The afternoon clerk did an excellent job in all aspects! Breakfast Bar was OK. The bed was great but that is where it ends . . . Tub had mold growing in the corners, drain was slow, towels were cheesy and stained or soiled! Carpet was dirty, and the room smelled of smoke or staleness. For the price, I thought it was not met!

I love everything about this hotel and will make this my go to place whenever I visit Aberdeen again.

The first room had a burnt out overhead light, mold in the shower and a hygienic liner stuck to the side of the bathroom counter. Gross!! They moved me to another room on request, with a free upgrade to a king bed. The second room was cleaner but had rusty, sharp, broken doorstop in the bathroom and no stopper in the sink. It also had a burnt out light. Both outlets in the room had three-way splitters (plus one had a power strip) and an alarming number of lights and appliances plugged into them. I had to unplug the clock to be able to charge a device. Seriously, the room looked like an electrical fire waiting to happen. The wake-up call DID NOT WORK; the room phone must have been broken. Thankfully I had also set my cell phone alarm. When I reported it, the front desk staff said she had also been unable to call me for a follow-up to my taxi request. But no indication as to whether they would actually fix the phone for the next guest. Overall, they offer acceptable front desk service and amenities, but serious maintenance and housekeeping issues made for a disappointing stay.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds great location to NSU staff was helpful

no complaints, pleasant staff and decent rooms and breakfast

The hotel was very good, a lot more at the breakfast than expected for the price!! Staff was friendly and room was clean!! And they allow dogs for a small fee :)

Room was nice, staff was excellent in helping out.

Very friendly staff, great room, good breakfast, and near all attractions we wanted to see

Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. An excellent location.

I have stayed here many times and have never had a bad experience. Excellent hotel and very affordable!

Nice, clean and comfortable for the price! Although the room I stayed in was somewhat small, it was cozy and just right for my needs! A nice sized desk plus a microwave and small fridge!

Appreciate the first floor, next to the exit and computers! Staff is very helpful and friendly; especially housekeeping! Good work!

Staff was great. If you gotta be in Aberdeen, this is a good place to stay.

Didn't like the type of wall heater in the room. There was a smell in the hallway.

The Room had a oder like it had been smoked in, the bed was ok. The staff was friendly and I was only there over night. I didn't get to use the amenities due to late arrival and earlly departure.

The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel itself was clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was that the area had been experiencing a lot of rain and the room felt damp since it was explained to us by hotel staff members that the window unit air conditioner drew air from outside.
