Not sure if its a hotel or motel. But nevertheless the room was spacious, clean, food good, Very handy for airport, they have a courtesy bus for airport or railway station. The room is also good for smokers rather than having to trudge downstairs, you just step outside your room for a quick cig.

Hallmark staff afforded every assistance at and during the concert party. There were approximately 170 senior citizens at the concert held in the main hall. Heating and the comfort afforded was excellent and all seating and refreshments attended to. Staff were available during the concert held from 2pm - 5pm and nothing was a trouble. We will be back.

We stayed last weekend here for the model train show, the room was lovely and big with a huge bed and comfy sofa and coffee table! Two issues, one of the bath towels had black marks, but the receptionist was happy to change it. The shower head was leaking quite badly from where the hose joins the head. Tried to see if it needed tightening but nothing improved it. We stayed the two nights and on the second morning couldn't shower as water was cold. Receptionist said the boiler had cut out, and they reset it at 7am, we kept trying the water until 7.50 but water was still stone cold. Wasn't too happy to spend my day round Aberdeen without having showered. All staff very pleasant and were eager to please. On second morning, at breakfast the scrambled eggs in the buffet were very dried up, the chef said he would put some more out but they did not appear till after I finished eating. Food on the dinner menu all very good and very tasty.

Have just spent the weekend at the Hallmark Hotel, Dyce for the Country and Western Weekend. The hotel was great, the staff are first class and so very helpful nothing is any trouble to them. Food was great and service great.

First time in my Life I get into a hotel which looks like a motel and trying to range itself to the near by hotel prices. So disappointing to pay so much money to stay in a motel with pub like services and calling it a restaurant. I got a 24 pounds meal which got cold while waiting for the sauce I paid for. I will not blame the staff as they look like they had long hour working, certainly short of staffs too, unfortunately the one who presented himself as a manager or supervisor was rude and frightening. The breakfast which cost 10 pounds more on top of the room price, was poor and over priced for the range of what they had to offer... I usually go to Jurry's which is not the excellence, but compare to what Hallmark offers overall... I think no one in his right mind will waist that money to stay in a place like that....

I was expecting a run-of-the-mill airport hotel, based on the price and the fact that it's business will be predominantly one night stays. The staff were absolutely lovely and the room was exceptional. It's a long time since I've stayed in such a nice room. Clean, comfortable and cosy. It looked good, was big and has excellent facilities.

This was a return visit on our way north to visit friends in Elgin. We always use this hotel to break up our journey. We stop off on the way up and again on the way back down. We got an excellent price match against booking . com with a b& b rate. We had a deluxe room which has a king size bed a couch and chair and a writing desk. Breakfast is a buffet with an excellent variety of choices with waitress service for coffees and porridge etc. On the way back down we dined in the restaurant which was opened especially for us. We placed our order and soon after my soup arrived. Then a waitress arrived with another. We were waiting for an hour after for the next course after getting the attention of a waitress both my middle and main came together. I asked for my main to be kept warm while I had my middle course. Then our mains came soon after. We think the man who came to apologise was a duty manager and he took our sweet order. The quality of the food was of a very high standard. The person who took our order came to apologise as well. We went to pay our bill to find out it had been discounted. This will not put us off coming back and we already have plans to return in the near future.

Arrived late to stay here on an overnight recently and as soon as I came into the room found that the toilet was full of urine and my shower did not work. Great start. I then had to run a bath at 2230 to get washed. Later, while trying to relax I found the Wi-Fi inoperable which was inconvenient but hey ho. Never took up the offer of a meal that the company had paid for to sample dinner. Breakfast was ok. Tunnocks Teacakes in the room got swiped. Will I stay here again? Probably. Will it be by choice? Probably not. Please look to improve soon. The basics failed on this visit.

If you do nothing else this year, go to Hallmark Hotel Aberdeen. We booked in for 2 nights DBB on the late deal. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room is so comfy and has every thing you need. Just had sirloin steak for our dinner which was included. Haven't experienced any noise (yet). Perfect location for exploring the area. Can't make any promises for tomorrow but weather has been glorious today.

I have stayed at this Hotel a few times since my issue was resolved by the Hotel,as Hotels.com were totally useless. I like this Hotel and I know it needs a makeover but you can't quibble about the prices of the rooms and the food is much better than most Hotels I stay and eat in. I will of course stay at this Hotel again.. N
