This hotel was not my first choice but my first choice sold out before I booked. The rooms are not well laid out, I had to have the ac on when it was 9 degrees outside to keep my room comfortable, my tv remote barely worked, the back wouldn’t stay on and lost the batteries a few times. The shower head was loose and shot water all over the bathroom the pressure wasn’t great either. Breakfast was awful, the biscuits could have broken a window if you tossed them at it, all the food was either stale or over cooked and when I tried to get oj the dispenser gave me water with a bit of orange coloring. It was TERRIBLE. I’d book at the Hampton or Holiday Inn Express before I stayed at this hotel again. This hotel would be my last resort and even then I might be willing to drive to Watertown before staying here.

Great, clean hotel. The pool is great for family and the breakfast is amazing!! Great selection for breakfast! Location is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The bar also has pizza and drinks are super cheap!!

In town for a short, family get-together. Shopped around a bit and decided that based on prior experiences with this chain, we could have a little extra fun with the $75 saved (over a more prominent choice) and still not sacrifice comfort. Spot on! Staff was friendly and helpful; room was clean, quiet and comfortable; and the morning breakfast fare was satisfying and tasty. I feel smart. I'll chose Americinn the next time I'm in town.

Room was clean and neat, someone put in extra effort keeping it that way. Really good breakfast, lot of choices, hot items were hot and neat. All in all a very good choice for staying in Aberdeen. Did I mention that the young man at the desk was polite and quick for check in as well as check out! Awesome.

We stayed at the Aberdeen Americinn while visiting family members last weekend. Despite there being a wedding reception & motorcycle group also at the hotel, we were very pleased with how quiet our room was! Even the breakfast area at 9 am, while very busy with families, was well-stocked & friendly & efficient & calm. Good parking facilities, very clean rooms & common areas. Will definitely return on our next visit!

Have stayed a lot of nights at Americinn, Aberdeen SD. ALWAYS GREAT. I did lean to My Place once, it was ok, tv was dim. This last visit, I stayed at My Place, after 1st night, I CHECKED OUT, it was disgustingly smelly, wet carpet. Disgusting! Went back to Americinn and I'll always stay there from now on. Price is a ltitle higher (PC Parent Rate) by about $9 than My Place, it's a competitive market and I ask you consider that, irregardless if you have b'fast or not. Some people don't care about the food. All in All, I LOVE AMERICINN!!!!

No hassle & easy reservation, by an equally easy and hassle free check in. Nathan at the front desk was very helpful and explained the hotel lay out and amenities in a well presented manner. We had a king size room, which very roomy and clean. The bed was comfy. It was nice to have an in room microwave & frig. Only two minor draw backs. Some of the furniture was dated and the hall and lobby had a strong disinfectant smell through out. Good select of hot & cold food was available for the complimentary breakfast the next morning.

The heated pool was nice and there was a lot to choose from during the continental breakfast hours. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. I haven't slept as good as I did at the AmericInn In a long time. Friendly staff! I didn't want to leave!

We were very pleased with our stay at the AmericInn in Aberdeen, SD. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The entire hotel was very clean. A great breakfast area with a nice selection of food. Even a small bar area for relaxing at the end of the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only problem was that the parking lot can fill up quickly. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Aberdeen.

This is a nice hotel, however one of the front desk staff needs some training. I asked for extra pillows only to be told, with a bad attitude that I could only get 2. When I asked why the answer was "ok", with no further explanation. I could understand if the hotel was full but it was not.
