I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Rome. The rooms are clean, updated, and comfortable. The staff was also extremely helpful. They arranged for a car to take us to the airport, which was so nice to not have to get that figured out on our own. Plus, they offer a discounted taxi service, and call taxis for you to take you to the city center. Overall, it was a great place. Can't go wrong.

The hotel and staff were above expectation, however staying connected to the WIFI was a hassle, it would always go out and it wasn’t very reliable at all.

The rooms are very efficiently organized - everything you need!

We stayed here before flying out. The rooms are clean and efficient and modern. Great bar and restaurant!! Best air conditioning in Italy!!

Location was amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful!

The hotel, room were immaculate. The hotel restaurant is EXCELLENT. The beds are firm, if that's what you're looking for. The hotel is situated a couple of streets back from a main street, not a lot to do in the area. Also, nice for adults, but I don't think this would be a good place for kids.

You need to take a taxi into the main part of Rome (with colosseum, forum, etc.). However this is exceptionally nicer than hotels in Rome centro regards to pricing. Modern rooms and bathrooms. The staff calls taxis for you or you can Uber.

Check-in was shockingly rude. I was so surprised that the front desk staff was so rude, abrupt, unwelcoming. I've never experienced such rude behavior. And then the room: Bathroom sink stopped up - took three calls to front desk (they weren't sure a maintenance person was available that day) and after 40 minutes a maintenance person arrived and fixed sink in two minutes. There were holes (one Euro coin size) punched in the wall, slits/tears in the curtains. The young gal at the front desk gave me a map and offered directions - problem was her directions were completely and totally wrong. She sent me to historic central Rome on the other side of the river, rather than to Trastevere, a 15 minute bus ride away. This poor girl did not have a clue about her job; the hotel front desk manager said she was in training. She was clearly not getting adequate training or supervision before she was set loose on the public. The whole experience was terribly unprofessional.

I loved the decor of the hotel. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The bed was wonderful. The amenities were very nice. The reason for th e* is it is not situated near quite literally - anything. They offer a discount on a taxi ride (must use before 7:00pm) that takes some of the sting out. I would stay there again and it wasn't way out of the way, just moderately so.

I never left the hotel because it's in the ghetto and it's an hour from Rome. I don't understand why this hotel exists. I asked Marco the manager to do the right thing as a human being and let me move to a hotel in the area H10 said they were in but he opted for the money. Which was odd because they're were double decker buses filled with tourists being delivered every day and the hotel seemed to be sold out the entire time I was there. If I have the energy I will go out of my way warn people that H10 is nowhere near Rome and definitely not in Trestevere. In 16 days I never even went in pool, completely packed With tourists. Luckily the inside of hotel was fine and food was good. Dangerous to trust Orbitz and hotel advertisement. I payed the price

Great staff 10 min drive from major attraction . They call taxi for you which arrives in 3-5 mins. So easy to get around! Loved my stay...

The desk staff members were helpful. The location was great. Very nice breakfast bar in the morning. LOVED THE POOL----just what we needed after long, hot days of sightseeing. The only negative is the awkward design of the bathrooms with doors that don't lock and half doors on the showers.

Dear Madame, First of all I would like to thank you for your review and for your comments regarding your recent stay with us. We guarantee you that we are taking your feedback very seriously and we will take all the needed actions to improve our service. I'm sorry about your bad experience at the front desk:as you can see in most of our reviews we usually have positive feedback for our staff that it's one of our strength. About the location, we are sorry to hear that there's nothing to do in the surrounding area. It is a residential zone, with a lot of shops on the main street Marconi (supermarket, post office, library, tobacco shop, bar, clothes shops of many brands...). Furthermore, 20 minutes away from here you can visit Saint Paul, one of the biggest Basilica in Rome and its cloister. Nearby there are also Trastevere and Testaccio, two areas where you can walk and have a beer after dinner but also full of touristic attractions. The 170 bus is 200 meters away from here and they run till midnight to the downtown every 20 minutes for only 1.50€. If you take a taxi the price depends on the traffic because they have a meter, but if you buy our taxi voucher the price will be only 9€ to Piazza Venezia. Our goal is to be able to offer the best quality of efficiency in our service, so that our guests could enjoy very pleasant stay with us. This is the reason why we hope to have the chance to have you back in our hotels and come up to your expectations.

Dear Dale, Thank you very much for your stay at the H10 Roma Città and for your review. We are happy that you had a very nice experience with us. On the other hand it is a shame that you did not enjoy the hotel location: in fact the H10 Roma Città is situated in a quiet residential area and very close to a very popular high-street (Viale Marconi) which is full of shops. Furthermore Trastevere, one of the most typical and trendy areas of the eternal city is just a few minutes away from where we are. In addition you can reach the very centre of Rome very easily: you can either take the bus 170 (the nearest stop is about a 3 minute walk away), the Trastevere Station Train (the station is a 10 minute walk away from the hotel and the train takes 3 minutes to reach the Vatican area) or the Tram 8 (10 minutes walking from the hotel and the tram takes you to Venice Square). We stay at your disposal and we look forward to your next stay! Best regards, The Hotel Management
