I didn’t like that it was advertised as if it’s close to Amesterdam and it’s actually in the middle of non where. I like that staff was real accommodating.
The front desk was helpful to help with plane seating for our return trip. But the breakfast cook came into our room and stole a watch from a desktop. She ignored our DO NOT DISTURB sign and used her passkey to come in and "inspect" our fridge WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP, and after that, the watch was gone. Lydia, the cook from Croatia, is a thiefr and is rude to customers. They need to firer her. It makes us not want ever come back. Also I was charged extra money on my credit card by Ismail the driver, so because of this, i froze my account. Amsterdam is a den of thieves and ripoffs, don't go there. Save money. Also the Dam is all screwed up by construction -- a giant hole in the ground, next to the central station. So i will never go there again. Shuttle never came to pick us up at the airport. We had to pay a taxi. Shame on them.
Great layover hotel near the Amsterdam airport. However, they need to improve their shuttle system since they share with a long-term airport parking area.
I found hotel upon arrival in Amsterdam airport - easy booking and shuttle pick up. Price was reasonable and we had nice dinner in restaurant - good price and food/wine - room was comfortable and clean. Downside was that shuttle bus was late in the morning - we were there for our requested time 5:30 AM but driver Didn't show till 6:00 am
Great rooms. Near the airport. Lovely staff and great restaurant attached. Shuttle service is a little wonky when being picked up at Schipol.
Hotel far exceeded our expectation. Rooms were very comfortable. Best Hotel during our 10 day trip to Europe. The food in the restaurant was exquisite, the staff was exceptional, the rooms were very clean, comfortable and cozy. Would highly recommend staying at this facility to all our friends.
Far from airport (around 9 miles) and shuttle cost 20 euro....If you want to take a taxi that will probably cost 30 euro...so it's not that money-value
The hotel claims to have a shuttle to the airport but does not pick up where other hotels have scheduled service. When I arrived by taxi I was told that I should have called the hotel; however, that was NOT stated in the hotel description on the internet. The price of 95 Euro without breakfast was too high for the quality of the room and the amenities offered.
