The front and dining staff were very very helpful and friendly… when it came to Cleaning of the rooms it was actually ok .. the bed sheet wasn’t changed every time and make sure if you are in the room to put a do not disturb sign on cuz they come in to check if you need more coffee… they knock once and enter
“Less is More” and this is true of Innside Aachen Hotel! Helpful, courteous and friendly staff, very clean modern rooms; and I loved the fact that within 10-15 minutes walking I could be at the Aachener Dom or Marktplatz or Elisenbrunnen.....in addition the hotel general manager was visible and interacted with guests. All in all it was a wonderful stay for me. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
We spent 2 days in Aachen on vacation and enjoyed our experience at the Innside Aachen. The hotel is in easy walking distance from the major sights downtown (Dom, Rathaus, Markt). Our room was pretty good size for European standards, very efficiently designed and clean. The only sounds were occasional footsteps on the floor above (we were on the 3rd of 4 guest floors); although our window faced the road we did not hear any street noise. The rooftop bar is great (we did not have any food but it looked good). The breakfast buffet was top notch. The personnel was very helpful and accommodating. If we go back to Aachen at some point we will stay here again in a heartbeat.
Excellent location, nice breakfast area. Room was comfortable. Had trouble closing my room door unless I slammed it shut. I would definitely stay there again.
