Saint Maarten Vacations

St Martin St Maarten

Your St. Martin/St. Maarten vacation

Divided between the Dutch and French since 1648 and the tiniest land shared by two nations, St. Martin/St. Maarten is anything but. A mixture of European flavors, this compact Caribbean jewel offers wildly unique treasures, all within easy reach.

Hit famed casinos and shops in the Dutch St. Marteen, a popular port of call for cruise ships. For French charm and sophistication, plus the Heineken Regatta, step over to St. Martin and Grand Case -- a French culinary haven. Over 40 beaches paint the island with cerulean blue water, but the pristine (and sometimes nude) beaches of St. Martin are a favorite.

Not sure whether to go Dutch, French or both? Orbitz insiders can help you make the call with our top 10 highlights, best times to visit and insider gems.
