Best time to take a vacation to Moscow
During the summer, June to August, the temperature rises to more than 70°F. This is the time when the city is at its full bloom and when hotel rates are at their peaks as well. The best time to go to Moscow, tourist and money-wise, is from April to May. Hotel rates are less expensive, and temperatures are still comfortable, ranging from 50 to 70°F. You may need to wear your thick coat during the night, however, as the temperature can drop below 10°F.
