Average annual precipitation is 0.71 inches and the sun shines 86 percent of the year. When checking in picture identification and $100.00 deposit hold via major credit card (cash and debit cards are not accepted) is required at check-in for any incidentals and hold is removed at the time of check-out and inspection of unit. Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 10am.
