Couple's vacation

The hotel was great and had inexpensive parking! Great staff, great location, also very quiet, and clean. The staff always with a smile and so warming, willing to always help. The location was perfectly in the middle of everything, beach is only 2 blocks away. We rented a car and never had to used it, literally it sat. The hotel was on a very quiet part of town and clean. The aroma of the hotel was very calming and relaxing, everything was clean including bathroom. We found a couple ants in the window sill of the shower but absolutely nothing to worry about, it's by the beach and we had a palm in the window. I will keep using this hotel, and definitely would recommend to anyone!!

They were great!

Jasmine at the front desk was so kind and helpful, even though we were at the end of her shift and she must have been exhausted. The hotel was clean and nice. Just a brisk walk and you're at the beach! -- I wish that there was a bit more at the breakfast bar, but other than that I've got no complaints.

Great quiet hotel!

This hotel was perfect for me while on a work trip. Nowhere else looked anywhere near this quiet. Beautiful place. Smells amazing inside! Downsides: not much at all for continental breakfast. $20/day to park.

Nice location and served its purpose

Hotel was in a perfect location and the staff was amazing. The downfalls: Welp, the initial presence of the hotel lobby was not good. The room was nice, but needed a ton of updating. But it was typical for a south beach hotel.

South Beach Getaway

A very small hotel in a quieter area of South Beach if you want to sleep at night. Nice size steam shower; rooms were small, but not bad for one or two people. No view at all. Staff were very nice; upgraded us to a King size bed when we checked in. Provided us clean towels and cleaned up our room nicely each day. Hotel provided free continental breakfast daily. Parking is a bit pricey - $20/day. Walking distance to Collins & Ocean Drive.

not worth the $$

the worst hotel i ever stayed in. i looks decent nice in the pictures but reality is totally different. specially the bathroom, there is no actual room for a bathroom. the ancient tv is just a remarkable, i haven't seen that tv for the last 10 yrs+.

Good crash pad for the beach

The pictures of this hotel are a little deceiving. It is not as spacious or beautifully lit as it seems. 2 blocks from the beach, which you can just walk onto, definitely one of the best features. The room was smaller than we anticipated, and there was no table, which was disappointing because we intended to spend some time playing cards/boardgames, but there was no space for it. Steam shower is nice, but small for 2 to enjoy. Door to the shower wasn't clean, and that was a turnoff. There was no iron or coffee pot, although breakfast was included every morning (cereal, yogurt, coffee, pastries) The TV was very small, and we didn't watch it. They do have a library of CDs and DVDs, and it is nice that the stereo is wired to the steam shower. Wi-fi was a plus.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

Do not eat at Manolos. The staff is incredibly rude, and messed up our order and didn't even bother to check in after bringing it. Go directly to Big Pink, where you will enjoy friendly service and good food, without the attitude.
