In Zurich for business, four days in July. This is one of the very few five star rated hotels in Zurich. It is in a great location downtown Zurich. Rooms are clean although there is mold in the showers. Air conditioners are not powerful enough for
hot summer days and nights. Housekeeping services acceptable. Staff attitudes and interaction does not really match the star rating. Overall, definitely overpriced and overrated for the service and lacks a top luxury hotel chain culture. Stayed at the Ritz in Berlin for one week last month, impeccable service, food and amenities. Too bad there isn't yet a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons in Zurich.
