Close to downtown with ample amenities

Location was great - very close to downtown and hotel offers free shuttle service to downtown. Room was clean, has adequate amenities - I had wifi free (not sure if that was because of a rewards program), parking was free and coffee was available in the room and downtown. I could hear some noise from the adjacent room and there was construction that was disturbing, hence comfort was a 3.

not a 4 star hotel

good amenities. Free bus shuttle to downtown. manager that really listened to my complaints. live music. gym. but the rooms are in dire need of updating. rugs are dirty. ceiling looked like it had a leak was not painted. rooms had a slight odor. but in fairness, when I told management they came up and listened to my complaints and fixed what they could and offered to move us. but all in all, not worth $300/n

Overnight Stay

This was our third time staying here. We chose this hotel because it is close to the children's hospital where we take our daughter for chemotherapy treatments.

Nice amenities in a good location

Really enjoyed the facts that very room has a Mimi-fridge and microwave in it. They also have a free shuttle that will take you anywhere within a three mile radius which covers all the top destinations! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was quite small. Beware of the restaurant downstairs in the evening as they have open mic and some of the singers were ,,,, not so good. Lots of other options around that were great. Free Parkin and free WiFi also a plus!

Awesome place to stay

This was an awesome place to stay and the staff was cool and hrlpful. We used the shuttle and went to a restaurant and it was very fast butbthe best part was the close proximity to everything on west end and downtown, best of both worlds. Parking was also a huge plus and it is across the street from the Parthenon/centenial park. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Expensive and noisy in the mornings

Bar and restaurant not open all weekend. You better want to get up very early, because people start slamming their room doors at dawn; rocks the entire floor and no way you can sleep through it. People are rude.
