The hotel is a mere 3 minute walk to Central station and cross point of all major HOHO bus lines. Near Tivoli garden. Great staff, especially Scott the front desk guy who is from USA, and wonderful breakfast staff from Vietnam. Room is clean,
although small with small double bed as expected in Europe . Overall we are pleased with what we got for the price and definitely will come back if we visit this city again.
The first double room I was shown was actually a single room, one single bed, one pillow, bed up against the wall. Tiny tiny tiny. Considering my friend and I were staying there together we had to pay more for an ACTUAL double room. This was
better but the mattresses were thin as paper and the shower essentially dribbled on you; absolutely no water pressure. Location was good for the Christmas markets but it's essentially the red light district, surrounded by strip clubs. Value for money? I'd probably say no.
The redeeming factors were the location and friendly staff. However, the hotel itself had minimal amenities and the rooms were quite small with dirty bathrooms. For the price of it, it was well worth the stay but I don't think I would visit this
Excellent hotel for short stays in Copenhagen. Only
a couple of minutes walk from Central station and
the fast train to Kastrup airport. Breakfast with all
essentials. Room very quiet and comfortable but
the heating was not adjusted to cold
At outchecking I got my boarding card outprinted. Nice.
Convenience is its best selling point as it is handy to the station, however the hotel is in the same street as a couple of stripclubs. Room was clean and comfortable but the twin beds were the smallest I have experienced! Breakfast was
acceptable. Would only recommend on the basis of location.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Copenhagen is expensive, but take the one-hour boat trip around the canals. At approx AUD 15 it is good value and you get to see some of the major attractions.
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are very small but had everything we needed (except a hairdryer). Expect to pay for everything including coffee. Parking is a big issue. When booking it said parking was available, well it is not. You
park on the street and you pay dearly for it. Everywhere in Denmark you pay to park your car. It cost about $50 dollars a day/night to park your car. Don't rent a car unless you are exploring the country side, it will cost you a fortune. Transit is great and easy to figure out.
The economy room was too small so I upgraded to a standard room which met our needs and standards. It was excellently located, had good breakfast and the price was very suitable for our plan.
The staff was very cooperative and service minded.
Quite disappointed with the hotel on the basis of the price we paid. It provides very basic services. There is no hair shampoo nor conditioner, no hair blower nor a kettle - can't even make a cup of coffee or tea.
There are three beds in the room
which make the room even smaller. The location is acceptable as it is close to the central train station.
