Stayed here during a softball tournament in January. It was clean and comfortable although the tub was a little worn and scratched. Nothing to dissuade me from staying again. Only issue encountered was the elevator being worked on so there was
only one available for our side of the building.
We had an amazing stay here. The views are absolutely beautiful. The deal we got was such a value for this room and hotel. Del soul is a bar and restraunt that we hung out at and the service was great!
Room was clean but needs updating. Maintenance and cleaning staff are friendly but front desk and security were not. They nit-pick for ways to charge you more money. We were forced to pay money for extra room keys for each person in our room that
we did not need as we did not lose our originals, just to get up to our room. I was charged double the money that my checkout bill said I would be for no apparent reason as we left the hotel room clean and undamaged.
