Look for our hotel rates backed by our Low Price Guarantee. We're so confident that they're the lowest hotel rates online, we're willing to put money on it. If you book a prepaid hotel rate that's backed by our Low Price Guarantee, and then find the same room, in the same hotel, for the same dates, at a lower price online within 24 hours, we'll refund the difference. Just e-mail Orbitz within 24 hours of your Orbitz purchase to LowPriceGuarantee@Orbitz.com with:

  1. Booking confirmation number
  2. Name
  3. Email address of your Orbitz account
  4. Telephone number with area code
  5. Hotel name
  6. Dates of hotel stay
  7. Room type
  8. Check-in and check-out dates
  9. Rate quoted
  10. Complete Web address (URL) reflecting the lower rate you found online for the same dates and hotel room you purchased on Orbitz.com.

Remember to make a printout or take a screen shot of page with the lower rate, in case a customer service representative has questions. Expect a response to your claim within 24 hours. Please read the Low Price Guarantee terms and conditions below for full details.

Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

The Orbitz Customer Experience Team will contact you via email. If we are unable to replicate the lower rate, we will request additional information and documentation (such as a screen shot) from you in order to verify the lower on-line rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.
