Housekeeping knocked loudly on our door around 8:30 a.m. Although I didn't have out a "Do No Disturb" sign, we hadn't hadn't anticipated being awakened so early by room cleaning staff. After our late arrival the night before, it got our day off to a very bad start. Is this your normal practice? If so, it is not a good one.

It was a nice place for a one-night stopover on a long trip. The dining room was a bit sub-par, and the breakfast buffet needed better maintenance - the serving table looked like a bomb had gone off by the time we got there at 8:30 or so. But for the price it was fine.

Description
The Sheridan Days Inn is located just one block west of Highway 90 at exit 25. We offer a continental breakfast, indoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool. Our lobby has a copier, fax machine and computer, for the guests to utilize, as well as wireless internet access through out the hotel. We are close to shopping and restaurants. We have all queen and king-sized beds in fully decorated rooms. Additionally, we offer family rooms which come with 3 queen beds. Our handicapped rooms each have king beds. Rooms with king bed and Jacuzzi Hot Tubs are also available. Rate range for family rooms and jacuzzi rooms are reflected in the deluxe room rate range. We are not able to accept personal checks.

we came in late from soccer games, greeted nicely. room was very clean, beds were comfortable. hot tub and pool was disgusting!!!!!! although the steam room was relaxing. didn't make it to the breakfast but looked like there was a great assortment. would stay there again.

rooms were pretty good, very clean, good linens. hotel hallways and lobby seemed dated and worn. Pool and hottub was not clean feeling and needs an overhaul.

I stay here for three nights on a New years eve. It has everything that you need in a small town like Sheridan, WY.

We are a mid-scale hotel offering the best value for your money with features and amenities that include 66 oversized non-smoking guest rooms. Each room is well appointed with amenities like complimentary high speed wireless Internet access, a two-line speakerphone with data port, cordless phone, along with voicemail and conference-call capabilities. Best Hotel in Sheridan

The Hotel is a very high standard, the beds were extreamley comfortable the room size is bigger than average, the room had a little area to prepare snacks and drinks with a microwave and fridge, The hotel was very clean. We had our two children with us and they swam in the pool and had a great time. It is definatley the best hotel in sheridan, I have stayed in others there and this is the best.

The hotel was so easy to find and the staff was very friendly and helpful. In addition, the hotel was very quiet and the continental breakfast and coffee were good and hot!

My husband and I were traveling through Sheridan en route to Yellowstone and booked one night based on location, price and pet-friendly policy. Looking at the posted Internet pictures, the rooms looked well appointed and good sized. Rates were extremely reasonable. When we arrived the check in was smooth and manager friendly, however, the hotel itself looked like "a shadow of its former self". The place was totally run down and in poor repair. There is blue outdoor carpeting on the exterior stairs which is faded and worn completely through in areas. On outside doors, walls and trim, someone has tried to touch up the paint but these patches didn't quite match the surrounding color. Stepping inside the room the bed quilt looked old and faded and the furniture was mismatched and in very poor condition. I lifted up the bedding and found the mattress to be yellowed and tattered with a "slab" of nasty, yellow foam on top covered by a mattress pad. In general, the room just looked old, tired, patched up in places but with minimal effort and certainly no intention to make it nice. Perhaps this shabby room is reserved for people traveling with pets but there is no way I would even consider staying overnight in this room. We locked the door, returned to the office and asked for a refund which was given by the manager who was on the phone at the time and didn't bother to pause from his phone call as he mechanically refunded my cash payment. What astounds me most is that I just received the BVI directory in the mail which ranked this hotel as 3 out of 5 stars. If that's the case, I can't imagine what a 1 or 2 star property must look like. I'd sleep in my car before sleeping in this dump, really!

Good place to say for, wouldn't have paid anymore for the room, we got what we paid for, only down fall was they didn't come make up the room for the second night, comfortable bed, thought the breakfast should have gone a little later, nice having a pet friendly place that wasn't disgusting.

Sheridan has road work going on, so we awoke to jackhammers and road graders early in the morning. Nice little pool but with all the dust from the road work, we didn't want to use it. Room had burn holes in the chair and stains on the carpet, and was TINY! The bathroom light switch was in the shower!

We only stayed overnight and arrived too late to use the indoor pool, but the room was comfortable and quiet. TV was a bit small and there was no shampoo, lotion, etc., provided. The staff was very friendly, and the facility, overall, was very clean and well-maintained. So, all in all, for the very affordable price and convenient location to I-90 exit, it was well worth it. We'll definitely stay there again if we pass through the area.

Not so good

We were disappointed in the motel for the cost. It was drab and smelled of Pine -sol strongly. Our screen was torn so couldn't open the window because of mosquitoes. They did allow dogs which
we had, but when taking them out behind to potty,
the weeds and grass were so tall they had a hard
time finding a place to go (not mowed behind the
motel). We would not choose this motel again.

got there late. wife thought the toilet was broken but it was only working slowly. the heater was not thermastaticly controlled but maintained the heat in the room after i shut off the noisey heater. All in all it was a ok experience. People at office were nice.
