We stayed for two nights with 2 couples. The room was clean, the room was quiet. It was an average stay. Nothing extraordinary. The issues we encountered were: the door was loose and air could pass through the seal and door but we did not freeze the heat was sufficient; we only had two towels and had to call for more; be sure to bring your personals soap shampoo conditioner and hairdryer as you only get one small soap and one small sample of shampoo for your stay. Otherwise no problem with the room. Good price for the stay.

This was everything it needed to be. I needed a stop that was right off the highway with a local restaurant. I got in in the late afternoon and left early morning. Breakfast was what it needed to be and the staff was helpful.

We had a great time, anything we asked for or needed they were right on time with getting. It was newly remodled and very nice. The only disappointment we had was the heater in the pool was broken and our family had been looking forward to swimming. The fitness room was very nice and the continental breakfast was filling and delicious. A great start to our day. The bed was extremely comfortable.

I arrived to a beautiful hotel, very clean, but when I asked them about my room they said it was on 2nd floor, no big deal I thought, but I asked where the elevator was and oh no NO Elevator, I am in a wheelchair due to broken leg. The attendant was very helpful, gave me a room on 1st floor at the same rate. I never once thought to ask about handicap items. Learned my lesson.

We were in town for a funeral and were so glad we found a hotel with an indoor pool, and one that was actually heated! The whirlpool was also great, and helped to relieve stress.
We found the room to be clean and comfortable and met all of our needs.
The location is convenient to local shopping, dining, and major highways as well.
We will stay at this hotel again, and recommend it to others as well.

Conveniently located to FBI Center, NASA Hi Tech Consortium, Fairmount College, WVU, Ruby Memorial Hospital, Pricketts Fort State Park, motor cross, skiing, and rafting. Hotel has a 100 people capacity meeting room, fitness center, and full cable with 70 channels including HBO and ESPN. All rooms have an in-room coffee maker and data ports. The suites have a large desk and refrigerator. We can arrange for catering in our meeting room from Westchester Village, a fine dining institution. Free airport and local shuttle Mon-Fri 6am-8pm and Sunday 1pm-8pm within a 3 mile radius with advance reservations. No elevator on premises.

Good location, and decent rate, but hotel is old and needs lots of maintainence...has had roof leaks and has mold....not very clean.....but not because of housekeepers........because of it's age.
