We stayed here during our trip to the October Sky festival in Coalwood, WV. Very friendly, courteous staff, comfortable king size bed, nice indoor pool, but thought it was a bit on the small side. Restaurant was good and very convenient. Perhaps a bit pricey. Only downside is charging fees for wireless internet access, and for parking.

gets the job done on a budget

The staff was very accommodating and was able to give specific driving directions to an out-of-town rube such as myself. The hotel was situated right on the water where there's live music on Fri nights, so that couldn't be more convenient for some easy entertainment. Behind the hotel, there are neighborhood bars serving good food that were open later than the typical downtown fare of Shoney's and Long John Silver's. My only beef was w/housekeeping. I assume in an effort to be green, the sheets weren't changed on a daily basis, or at all from what I could tell, during my 5 days there. It made me question how clean things were when I arrived. Our toilet paper and facial tissues ran out one day, which seem like the most basic things to check. The ice machine on my floor never worked either. The restaurant prices are pretty cheap, but I was still surprised there was no complimentary continental breakfast.

Clean and remodeled!

Stayed here for a week for business trip. This hotel is he cleanest hotel I've every stayed at. The entire place appears brand new. "Micro" is correct however. The rooms are very small, which you should expect from a micro-hotel. But the room came with a refrigerator and a microwave, excellent shower head and even a cool window bench.
The bed was surprisingly good to sleep on. I will definitely be staying more. Friendly staff, and decent breakfast, though it was bagels/donuts/cereal.
The area is fine actually, just across from a clean gas station and Hardee's.

Check in was very fast! Rooms were very clean and had no problems. Shower was very high quality and I would def. recommend a stay there! The location was very convenient, close to University of Charleston!
