I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff. They are friendly and efficient.
I did not try the free continental breakfast, but it smelled good and the area was always kept very clean.
We checked in very late because our plane was delayed which wasn't a problem & that was nice.
The hotel's general location was easy enough to find, it was finding the driveway that was a hassle, we drove by 3 times before we located the turn from the street.
The rooms were clean, the air system worked, but the beds were terribly uncomfortable. One was so bouncy it might as well have been a water bed and creaked anytime you moved; the other was so hard neither of us slept well the whole time we were there.
The TV worked, but it was impossible to find anything to watch because the channels were jumbled up. It would say it was CNN but in fact it was SciFi network.
The weather prevented us from using the pool, so I can't say one way or the other.
The WiFi didn't work because of the weather, also. You could connect to the network, but you weren't able to use the internet. The 1st night was the only night it would work for us.
The rooms were quiet and close to food, stores & the 79 highway which was convienent. (The turn on for the highway is frustrating because it backs up so far you get blocked in, but in truth not the hotel's fault.)
Overall this hotel needs some love and some new beds, & the only thing they seemed to have gotten correct was the customer service.

we went to a family reunion it was nice to be able to bring the dog to the hotel but the smell of the room was awful we asked for a non smoking room i dont believe we got one

The hotel is very clean and the service is excellent. Our in-room safe's battery went out while I was using it and they sent a very nice and knowledeable maintenance man to attend to it immediately.
Breakfast is average, but was included in the price.

The hotel was average. Room was clean, but breakfast certainly was not a deluxe continental breakfast, no eggs, no bacon, the only hot thing was waffles if you wanted them. Coffee was not hot and tea water was cold. [...]

I had a first floor room which is great because I have a dog. The area was quiet and all workers were very pleasant.

An overnight for a wedding

We had an excellent overnight stay at the Microtel. All of the staff encountered were helpful, courteous, and professional. We needed to check in a little early to prepare for a late afternoon wedding and this request was cheerfully provided. We needed assistance finding the best route to take to get to the wedding and this too was provided very timely. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The room was quiet and the bedding very comfortable. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area.

we stayed for a night. everything was good, i just wish they had a pool. we will stay there again. the tv stations werent kid friendly and the internet connection was not very good. the location was great right next to interstate to get to mall.we were in a handicapped room and non smoking very accessible. breakfast was good too.
