Awsome perfect for a cheap weekend get away n super nice felt like a five star hotel

The room was very clean and spacious. There was a table but not chairs. We borrowed chairs from the pool area. The first night, the jacuzzi in the pool area had wayyyyy too much chlorine. Couldn't keep eyes open as it was so strong. The next night was just wonderful. As this was a getaway from cabin fever, we still had a wonderful time

The room we stayed in was alright. It was clean. The breakfast was doughnuts & sweets. They had no orange juice or apple juice. Its a cheap hotel nothing fancy

We checked in at 4 p.m. and went to our rooms to findout from staff they were still cleaning them. Once they were "done" we discovered hairs on the towels and in tub area and on bathroom floor. The bedspreads were light green with stains. Staff did get us different towels right away. We stayed two nights, but no one came around the second day to clean the rooms or give fresh towels. There was a bag of dirty linens left in the hall Sunday evening until sometime on Monday when we left. The location and the price were great though.

This hotel is now called Loyalty Inn... There are three names on the outside... Riviera, Fair bridge and Loyalty Inn... Most of the reviews you will find under Riviera... First let me say i travel a lot and some of the reviews i read before i go somewhere are so ridiculous you would be calling the authorities if these things where going on when you got somewhere... My total booking fee was $44.57 for one night... My room had 2 Queen beds, whirlpool, fireplace... The hotel is old, it has nothing new at all, but everything works and it is clean, i checked another room while i was there to see if it was a fluke, i always do this if i can for the next time around... Time and time again people confuse old with dirty... It is worth $45... This hotel is for budget minded persons or family's that need a place to sleep, that don't need to call the front desk every 15 minutes, that know they might find a hair in there room and or don't want to pay $250.00 and up for water parks like the so called big three they have in the Dells.. By the way i shared a room with a bunch of people at the Ritz in Vegas once, and it was crazy! Did you know that people there have hair too! So anyway i guess the hotel is under renovation at the time of my stay, so that's nice

Don't judge a book by its cover with this one! It looks dusty on the outside but its very clean on the inside with all the amenities. The only thing the room didn't have was a iron and ironing board.

The only real issue was that the bathtub in our room didn't drain correctly. Otherwise, the room decor left a lot to be desired. We definitely felt the motel could defnitely stand to have its rooms refurbished. The continental breakfast was excellent!

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Good size room, nice pool area, continental breakfast was very good. Chula Vista passes were great. We would go back again.

We were just stopping for the night and the Ramada was just what we expected as franchised lodging. It was clean, large enough to have rooms, and a non-weekend rate. The TV was a smaller, older tube model. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were small but clean and functional. The pool was well maintained. It was convenient to the highway.

The staff was very helpful and the room was spacious.

We enjoyed several nights at this Motel and found the room clean and the staff helpful. My kids enjoyed the playground too. It's within walking distance of most of the fun shops and restaurants on Broadway.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. Perfect location as a short drive to any local hotspots! Would definitely recommend!

We were at the Dells for a basketball tournament for 2 of our boys, one was on Saturday, and the other on Sunday. The price was right, because we really weren't there too much. I took 2 of the kids to Chula Vista for a few hours which they really enjoyed. I had never been there or ever heard of it, so it was wonderful to drive there. So thank you for the free waterpark passes that come with the room!

Our room looked clean, but when we turned back the covers, there were some tiny dark particles sprinkled here and there all over the sheets. I have no idea what it could have been, or how the sheets could possibly have been changed and clean, and have that stuff on there. It could have been a fluke, and happened accidentally after the maid changed the sheets? Anyway, other than that, the room seemed clean.

We had a super time at Christmas mountain. Stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage for the night after waterparking all day long...We loved the grounds and the pools the next morning. Would definitely recommend a stay there, and want to stay longer the next time we go.

We weren't in the room very long, but the staff was very friendly. Definitely a place for families as we didn't use the water park or anything like that. I would go back there for sure.

Our kids had a great time on the water slides. The staff was both friendly and helpful. I was very disappointed with the mattress quality . . . probably one of the more uncomfortable mattresses I've ever found in a hotel of this caliber. I was also a bit peeved that the bath tub didn't drain properly. At the end of my shower, I was ankle deep in soapy water. Hopefully, not all rooms have these issues.

The hotel is pretty clean and the bed was ok but housekeeping was dicey. Our bed was not made - coverlet was thrown over the crumpled bedded--and bathroom towels were not changed though requested. The couch in the room was so damaged that you could not sit on it. TV's are really old.

The place was ok to stay at, the breakfast was nothing to great just a waffle maker and some cold cereal, coffee and juice.

We stayed here for a 3 day weekend, and surprise! The hosts had put a little frig and microwave in the room before we arrived. We didn't ask, either, which was pretty nice! It was after Labor Day weekend, so there were not many kids running around, which we liked. It was down-home decor and had the nicest hosts that made you feel at home and relaxed, which is what we needed. We didn't want to pay a huge price to stay, and got a deal here. Who cares if I didn't get any cell phone service, you just go into town for that ;) Thank you Mr. and Mrs. S. for being so kind and helpful while we were staying in your cute lil ol' establishment!

We were more than pleased with this wonderful, privately owned motel. The room was small but exceptionally clean with a flat screen TV and a newer, modern bathroom. The grounds were immaculate and the country setting relaxing; the staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay there again and highly recommend it if you don't need the plushy and pricey extras (hot tub, game room, exercise room, and such.)

Over all the hotel was nice and rooms ok but I was not impressed with the employees. there always seemed to be plenty of them around but not friendly or helpful. the pool was nice but ran out of towels each day and the life guards weren't really paying attention to much besides their phones and MP3 players. to top it off my daughter left a item we purchased in the room and even though I called several times I did not get anyone who seemed to care or want to look for it.

After my original spring break plans got cancelled last minute, I was left with only 3 days to try and find something else. My boyfriend and I chose the dells but didn't want to spend a grand for just a few nights. We stayed in the king jacuzzi suit. It was a nice stay and our room fit us perfectly. The room was clean for the most part but under the chair and table were not vaccumed and were quite dusty. Also house keeping came into our room at 8:30am while we were still laying in bed. She stood in the doorway staring at us for about 4 minutes as we told her more than a few times we were fine and needed nothing. After that we didn't want housekeeping at all. Front desk staff was nice to customers faces but when answering the phone they would make faces while talking to someone and rolled eyes frequently as other customers walked off. Also they only had one front desk person the whole time. With spring break being that busy we waited in line for about 10 minutes at check in and check out.

At first I got a room with out a balcony view. But I mentioned the balcony view to the front desk and they accomodated me. Other than that, we were satisfied.

The staff was fantastic. Even though it was older I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Pool was great for our 3 year-old, but the distance from the pool was too far to travel with her and carry everything. Coolers and food/beverage carry ins were not allowed in the pool area. That was disappointing since so far from room. Room did not have sleeper sofa as stated in our confirmation. Most ice machines were broken or empty. Cafe provided ice, but you need to know to ask. 2nd check in by conference center - main one was 1/2 hour wait.

Hotel accommodations were very nice. Enjoyed the indoor water park, but the kids quickly got bored with it. We actually went to another wter park the next day. There is MUCH more to do during the summer. We would go back, but only during the summer.

We wanted to get away and relax... Get away we certainly did.... no one in the vicinity not a soul. It was off season(winter) so don't really know what it would be like in the summer. The views are wonderful during the day but I would not go out at night alone in the wilderness. Did we relax? Not so much. The boiler did not work in the wonderful jacuzzi so we improvised by boiling water in pots that were provided in the kitchen and adding our own hot water. It did not really work out so the whole idea of sitting in the jacuzzi for a romantic getaway did not work out. The staff were not on sight during the night but they were reachable by phone. There was nothing they could do for us but they did offer a partial credit back which was nice but did not make up for the loss of the weekend. Basically paid regular money for a hotel. BUT I can imagine it being completely different in the summer. I think the place is worth checking out. I guess I was at the wrong place at the wrong time.

The condo was nice and clean. There was a pool and jacuzzi. I would go back.

We had stayed here 10 yrs ago. It is still kept up pretty well and fairly clean. Mostly just needed a place to sleep. Not like the mega resorts with giant water parks, but it also not priced like them about half as much.. Pretty good value. Parking can be tough at the end of the day.

I chose this hotel based on reviews and it was in my family's budget. Having the water slides and small lazy river were a bonus. The room was somewhat small but we were only there to sleep anyways. It is a great hotel for families with children 10 and under. Our son is 13 and he made the most of it but it is geared more for younger children. Overall it was clean and adequate. It is in a good location. The amentities are deceptive. We did not have a computer in our room (we didn't need it) but we also could not get internet as listed on amenities list. Don't pay for food from hotel...very overpriced! Overall, for a family with young children, it was a good value. It served it's purpose for our weekend getaway!

Hotel staff was awesome. Pool was cold though and that was our only disappointment. Location, price and comfort was all within reason. Would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

It was average; Beds were not the most comfortable; and needed more pillows; but the breakfast is well worth it.

Rhapsody is a hidden gem just a few minutes from everything the Dells offers. We stayed in a theme suite that overlooked the lake. The room was in perfect condition, very clean, and the shower and jacuzzi were a nice touch. Everyone was very friendly and respected our privacy. If you have a chance, check out the Rhapsody Spa, you wont regret it!

Perfect private retreat for two or for family. Clean, cozy, modern (with waterview) condo. Just right when 2 people need to get away all year round. No in house restaraunt, but all types near by.

My sister and I booked a room at the Comfort Inn, Wisconsin Dells. The room was pre-paid per my mom’s credit card so it was needed a handi-capped room, 1st floor and there was to be a king size bed. When we checked in our room was on the 1st floor but the only one available had one bed and it was a little bigger than a full size. So we had to take that, strike 1. Then the TV remote you had to point it directly at the TV to get it to work so you couldn’t relax in bed and use it, you had to sit up and point directly at the TV not comfortable at all. Strike 2. Then during our stay there our room was never cleaned. We checked in on Thursday Sept. 8, thru Sept. 11. The 1st morning housekeeping knocked at the crack of dawn and I told them to come back. My sister and I left to meet our parents, brother and his girlfriend. We were gone all day to come back to an unclean room. I went out to tell the front desk they said they’d take care of it. Day 2 we get a note stating the reason our room wasn’t cleaned the day prior was because we had the Do Not Disturb sign on our door, which was a lie. So once again we got ready to go out for the day and I stop to mention this to the manager. I was very upset and told her I had no sign on our door and to be called a liar was very upsetting to me. She guaranteed us the room will be cleaned. So we left, we returned at 4:30, my sister was quite ill. When we got to our room it was not cleaned once again, I was furious! She was sick and she wanted to go back to a clean room to rest. Went right out to the desk and of course the apologized all over themselves but that didn’t get the room clean did it. We had to stay at your hotel for there weren’t rooms where my parents and brother were, even though when we arrived we could have switched they did have rooms but no we kept our reservations with your hotel. We also paid more for our room than them, isn’t that a hoot. When we checked out I voiced my disappointment to the manager Lacey she said I had to go directly to Orbits. I don’t think I will ever stay at Comfort Inn; I’m surprised that Orbits gave high marks. I didn’t want anything special just for our room to be cleaned, we were on vacation and we don’t get away that often. I was so upset and it put a big damper on my trip. We were meeting my brother’s girlfriend for the 1st time on this trip so dealing with that was stressful enough; we certainly didn’t need all the stuff with our room. I know it’s been a bit since our trip, I meant to send this in quicker but I’ve been ill and this is the first chance I’ve had to do so. But it hasn’t changed how I feel any about my experience. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. Since we passed the non-smoking law in Wi, they tried to pass this room off as a non-smoking room. Horrible!

I felt the staff were rude. The description of the "water park" was misleading. it was fine because my children were young 5 & 3 but if they had been older they would have been diappointed. the value was decent for what you were getting but if I was going there for a longer stay I will defenaitly stay somewhere else.

Let me start by saying that the outside pool's water was really cold that is why you hardly ever see anyone outside. A guest I was talking to, said that it was his second year staying there and he remembers the water being cold the year before. The next day we stayed in the hotel they came to clean our rooms but the bathtubs were not cleaned at all. They were left dirty. One more thing I did not like was that we could only use the pools only until noon the day we checked out. Other resorts let you stay all day using their pools. This is not a very accomodating hotel. I do not recommed it.

We were at the Dells to attend a wedding at one of the other big resorts ($200 per nite). We chose the it because of price. It was located on the main strip. It has three pools. One indoor and two outdoor. It was opening weekend and the outdoor pools were not filled (it was still too cool). The room was clean, plain jane, outdated in color, but had a microwave and refrigerator. The rooms take you back to the old Wisconsin Dells, but definately had everything you needed. The indoor pool was large, and had a whirlpool. There was a gaming room for the kids and a laundry facility (lots of washers, dryers and ironing board with iron. Your room does not have hair dryers, iron and ironing boards in the room. You will not get lotion, conditioner and lots of bars of soap, but I had my own. the shower had liquid soap in the shower. All in all we enjoyed our stay and if you have a family and a short budget it was a great place to stay. We had no problems checking in or out having used [...].

My husband and I went during the week for two nights. It was very quiet, but we were there in Octorber. It gets very noisy at the Dells in the summer. Walked along the Riverwalk in the downtown area, which was very nice and peaceful, and quite beautiful. We also went to Ho-Cunck Casino.
