The room was wonderful. Lots of extra pillows and an extra blanket. Went to the Zoo, & the Beach. Dinner was difficult to find on a Sunday evening. The pool was too cold - had to have my 4 year old swim in the whirlpool.

We just stayed here one night while we were in town for a baseball game. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when we wanted to switch from a double bed room to a king bed room. It was all taken care of so quickly! Our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

The hotel itself was very clean and nice however there were 2 wedding receptions going on wich made it pretty noice till a lil after midnight. Other than that it was nice!

Average motel. Wall paper thin. Could hear people talking in other rooms. Desk associate had trouble coding room keys. Snowed during night, and gentleman fell in outside entrance. Reported to management, and nothing done. Breakfast attendance pleasant and efficient.

I always stay at The Knights Inn because of the price,but you get what you pay for. The rooms are staring to get elderly. The couch that was in our room looked and felt like it was 30 years old. They skimp on towels. At least this time, ther wasn't empty Vodka bottles in the drawers.LOL It was clean and quite except when someone came to plow the parking lot at 1:30am. that sucked. I will stay there again.

Bed not very comfortable at all.
Dresser had been replaced with smaller one & not vacuumed under when switched.
Shower controls very bad/loose.
No soap dish by sink.
Good channel selection for TV.

My room was small, but for the most part clean and comfortable. The window seat pillows needed to be cleaned. There was value for the money. The exercise room was good and the breakfast was good as well.
I would stay again.

Our property offers indoor heated pool, fitness center, complimentary continental breakfast, business center, free local calls - wake up calls, free newspaper, laundry service, free car and truck parking as well as free wireless access available in all rooms. All rooms feature air conditioning, color TV with 70 cable channels plus HBO, coffeemakers, micro/fridge, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, table, chairs and refrigerator. Cribs are available. A decent hotel for the money. Breakfast was basic. Hotel is clean. Did not use the pool or exercise facilities. Quiet despite being near the I94 freeway. Heater was quiet and efficient. Straight shot to Racine, Milwaukee and Kenosha.

We stayed here over the Christmas weekend. Location is directly off the interstate. Check-in was a breeze, and they even had our room ready an hour early. The room was clean, & cleaning service during our stay was good. The outside of the hotel could use some curb appeal. An unappealing dumpster area, and some debris by the side entrance greeted us each day of our stay. They had a nice breakfast selection, including the usual suspects (danishes, muffins, fruit, cereal), as well as biscuits & gravy and a waffle maker. The only problem we encountered was with the staff. We called before booking the reservation to see if they took pets. The man on the phone said yes, and that a $10/night fee was required. Once we arrived, we got a call from the front desk telling us that the hotel has only 1 room for guests with pets, and ours was not it. They did not offer to move us, but insisted that we immediately pay a $20/night pet fee. We deemed the extra $10/night fee unfair, and argued our point to deaf ears. After 2 days, and a convo with the manager, we settled with the staff and gladly paid the $10/night pet fee that we rightfully owed the hotel. No problem paying the fee, but the customer service was severely lacking, and a language barrier made matters worse. We will probably not be back, solely due to our pet issue. Not worth the fight.
