Overall good. It was busy with alot of kids around, but we were able to steer clear of the noise by getting a room in the 'tower'. By the pool is noisier. Staff was great to find us a nice room in the tower. Complimentary breakfast was a hot one and quite good.

I was on a business trip and needed someplace to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. There is a nice pool and game room that I did not see until the morning on my way to breakfast. Would have been nice to be told about it a head of time. All in all a good value.

The hotel is close to Immanuel Lutheran College. We come once a year for the annual grade school basketball tournament. The hotel is clean, roomy, and comfortable. Everyone was friendly. There were many people in town and the breakfast room could be larger and they could have used another person taking care of the food. She was overworked, my opinion. She was gracious and very helpful.

Generally the Hampton is always a good stay, if pricey for what you get (over $100/night). Room was very clean; usually the staff are great but on this stay the breakfast server was very brusque, kept pushing past people to refill trays without saying excuse me, seemed to be having a really bad day! This is very unusual for this hotel.

went to country jam while in Eau Claire. The air conditioning was not the best in the rooms and then went down for the continental breakfast one morning and they where out of almost everything including coffee

Had makeshift college dorm rooms just below us and listened to their music all night long, couple that with the couple dozen 9yr old or so hockey players running in the hallways unsupervised made for one long and unpleasant night. Beds were awful! Lumpy, hard, very uncomfortable BUT they were clean! Did not like having to walk the "smokers huddle" right outside both doors to our hallway. Could barely open the doors with them in the way and felt like Puff the Magic Dragon after clearing their "cloud" move it farther from the door please!!!!

housekeeping knocked on my door in the morning...left my door open when they checked to see if I was in there. I was...sleeping then when I wascoming back from my swim housekeeping was in my room, stripped the bed took all the towels. I didn't need to check out for another hour.

This hotel was average as far as everything goes. I was happy with my stay there. It isn't a super spectacular hotel or anything but it got the job done. It was clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was also pretty good. There was sausage and waffles. Overall I would stay here again.

Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the mall and lots of restaurant choices. The only negative was the sound proofing, or lack thereof, in the room. We heard every step the people above us took and when the rooms upstairs used the shower or toilet it sounded like Niagara Falls in our room.

The Eau Claire Days Inn on Craig Road was a good room at a good price. Good shower, comfortable bed, nice & clean. The room is not spacious, but it is big enough, and it's hard to beat the price. Staff were friendly, continental breakfast was fine. I would stay there again.

We visited Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls.
The hotel was very nice. Good shower, clean room and an extra sheet on top of the blanket which I really liked. Hotel blankets make me nervous since they see many clients before being washed.

Had better experiences at same hotel

I've stayed at this hotel before and loved it, but this time it was disappointing. We were missing a few small things in the room (ie:bag for the ice, bath mat, etc). The hot tub was lukewarm at best and didn't have enough water in it - the jets were spraying water way up above my head so it kept getting in my ears and I couldn't read while I was in there. It wasn't a big deal since I was only in the hotel after 8pm on Friday and left by around 9am Saturday morning, but for people who had to stay there longer, it wasn't all that great.

In town for a friends 50th birthday party. The biggest problem I had with this facility was the Continental Breakfast. Bread, cold bagels, and bakery are not acceptable breakfast foods. I could get those out of a vending machine. What happen to having fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs? I was very disappointed with this "included " in the cost of my room rate.

Nothing Great but Nothing Wrong

Recently attended a wedding here. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The pillows left something to be desired but if that is the biggest complaint then it is usually a good sign. I did not use the waterpark and only walked around Action City but my friends all said Action City was a good time. The breakfast was okay taste wise (waffles, eggs, biscuits & gravy, hashbrowns, cereal, baked goods) and it got more points in my book for being included in the price of the room. It was also pretty entertaining to watch people struggle with the waffle makers.

I have been to this hotel/resort with the whole family, but this time it was my best friend and I for a night away from the kids. We did not go to action City or the Splash waterpark, instead we relaxed in our room and did facials and pedicures. There was plenty of room so we had our own space. I was amazed at how quiet the hotel was. We had an issue with the heater in the room but someone was able to fix it quickly. If I could find this rate again after Christmas I would definitely bring the whole family.

Its a very basic hotel, but it is super cheap. The beds were incredibly firm, and that is probably my only complaint. It is also ideally located by a gas station and a Burger King.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We have a large dog and although he is very well behaved, not all motels will take him. They were more than happy to accommodate (a nominal pet fee did apply). If we pass through again we will definitely stay here again.

We are located along Eau Claire business corridor with easy access to the nature trails Sky Park Industrial Complex is less than 1 mile away and the Eau Claire Indoor Sports Center is 3 blocks away.

The hotel was great for the price. We were there for parents weekend and the location was good for campus stuff and the layout was nice...we had a poolside room but it was only open til 10pm so the noise was minimal. Will consider staying again, soon.

Very good desk staff. Room needed some minor work - mostly the entry door which had been kicked in sometime and frame was weak - no safety lock. Scratched a leg on metal frame of bed - needs padded or fixed. Many food outlets closeby. Nice pool.

We were on our way to Milwaukee and stayed in EC to break up the trip. We dined at Bostons,which was right next door,and had beer on the patio after we ate. Good beer prices on a Monday night! Very nice patio and great service:) The location was perfect for getting back to I-94.

We stayed at the Country Inn for just one night while driving on to another location. Very easy to locate off the highway even late at night. Quick, easy check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. Met our needs. Complimentary breakfast buffet offered some hot food, waffles, etc. Didn't have time to utilize any of the other amenities.

Just another Super 8 but motel competition here is so good low prices are likely.
Could certainly do without all the perfume cover-up sprays.
Breakfast is not a breakfast. It is toast and cereal -- just cheap carbs.

I was not familiar with this chain when I made my reservation. I was not expecting to get such a nice room, clean, quiet, great TV, good work area, well lit and a wonderfull breakfast to boot.
