The staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are comfortable. The restaurant serves only sushi at lunchtimes but has a fuller menu in the evening. The shuttle service to the airport and the light rail was efficiently run. All in all, a good choice for a short stay.

Not a very nice neighborhood. No IRON? Really? All I can say is that the bathroom was clean and I didn't see any bugs in the room. That makes it acceptable. You get what you pay for.

We arrived early and let us check in early because they had open rooms. Which was a blessing because we just flew in from Japan (through the night). We departed the next evening and they let us have a late check out. The service was very good. Free wireless internet in the rooms with a giant flat sceen TV. The Southcenter Mall is a 5-10 minute walk or they hotel will use their shuttle if you need. I recommend this place for everyone just a short shuttle ride from airport so you don't hear the planes all day.

Airport hotel, one-night stand, stop over--better than most

The room was for two couples and a child, for about $120, perfect for arrival at 8pm and leaving at 7am. The swimming pool is quite large and lovely, and ditto the jacuzzi. The 24 hr. shuttle to the airport is a big plus, so we could turn in the rental car a night earlier. //The dining room/bar area was a little strange, supposedly closed but then actually open; food was fine, normal priced. //The bathroom (for the 5 of us) was pretty small and tight, but our family size was not the usual situation.

Great hotel, fantastic 2 bedroom suites, though the plumbing accessories need a little attention. Airport pick up a bonus - but bus available on a public holiday. The hotel however did pay for the cab back to the airport.

We wanted a nice affordable hotel that was within commuting distance of Tacoma and Seattle. This hotel met all of our requirements. We also rented a car so it was an easy commute to the airport to drop off our rental car for our early morning flight. I almost didn't choose this hotel because I was worried about noise from the airport but it was very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is provided and they also had a happy hour in the evening. You really need a car to get around if you stay here but parking was free, which is the main reason I booked the hotel in the first place. Staff was friendly and courteous and the our room was clean and tastefully decorated.

The only drawback was some train noise during the night. Be sure to ask for a room on the back to avoid this. Otherwise a great place.

The hotel is very clean and nice. Rooms were quiet. Staff very friendly. I was pleased with this stay except for an incident outside of the hotel in which someone attempted to break into my car one night in the parking lot and removed the Keyed entry which thankfully I have keyless also which I use.
This hotel is also right next to a Family Fun Center so a great place if you have kids. It is close to freeway access. I would use again if my son comes with me on business.

A small problem occurred when a sprinkler started leaking in our room. The staff reacted instantly and moved us to another room with apologies and an upgrade for the balance of our stay.

Just needed a cheap place for one night. it fit the bill. there was a small kitchen but I didn't make use of it at all other than the coffee maker. Had to scrub out filter basket, had quite a bit of "buildup"
