We stayed for 13 nights at University Inn, so we had quite a long stay. The staff was helpful and polite, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Things were well maintained and we did not have any problems. My only complaint is that there is not a fitness center on site. There is a sister hotel about a block away where we could have gone to use their facility, but I often exercise late at night and didn't want to go walking at night to another hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and it satisfies without fail. It's easy to get to by car and has free secured parking. The location is a short walk to UW, restaurants and nightclubs as well as gorgeous paths around Lake Union. The complimentary breakfast hits the spot with a variety of choices to please anyone. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed with a microwave, refrigerator, and safe. Nice! We'll be back.

Description
Located just two blocks from the University of Washington and right across the street from a major shopping center, with easy access to all of downtown Seattle's finest attractions.
This is a TOTALLY NON-SMOKING facility
Recently remodeled rooms at our Seattle, WA, hotel have microwaves and refrigerators, and we offer suites with full kitchens and balcony access.
Spacious one or two-bedroom suites feature a full kitchen, separate dining and living areas, plenty of closet space and a balcony.

Good location, noisy heat

Our stay was brief - in at 10pm, out at 8am. My only issue was with the heater. The room was too cold without it, but it was too noisy for me to sleep with it running. A thermostat would be nice too.

Very good quality for that price. Very convenient location for visitors to UW. Close proximity to the University village shopping center.
