An unusually pleasant stay

Our pleasure in the spacioius and well-furnished room we were initially given was shadowed when we realized that the park it faced was having a sort of city-sponsored family fair that would involve music until 9or 10am that night. But on learning that we had hoped for a really quiet room (we had just arrived from a time zone 3 hours later, and planned an early bedtime) the hotel quickly moved us to a room that faced the quiet river area on the other side -- with apologies for the quite minor effort of repacking a few things and shifting there! The human warmth of the staff's response, added to comfort of the rooms and the hotel's amenities, will definitely bring us back on our next visit to Richland.

Richland wasn't where we needed to be-but it was worth the drive from Pasco..15min. We had a river view-catherdral ceiling-balcony. Walk right down to the river walk/park, easy access to our car. Large lawn area to walk the pooch-volley ball court rt by pool and lawn. Wld stay there again!

Friendly and comfortable hotel

We found the hotel to be very nice. The king-sized bed was very hard, but there was a sofabed that was comfy and we used that. Everything else was perfect. The hotel had a great breakfast bar with everything anyone could want for breakfast. They also served soup and crackers each evening at 6:30. In the cold of December, that soup was very welcome. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would stay there again, and recommend it to anyone.

Practical Lodging for those looking to Save

I got a room that was not always given out. Room was acceptable for the money and owner replaced my refrigerator on demand, provided a pressing iron, and a handicap parking. Great people running the hotel. Needs a bit of cosmetic work though. Baby and wife did not like the air in our specific room so we left window open and sprayed Lysol.

They didn't have our reservations. Told us there was no elevator. Gave us room keys to a room that was already occupied! Loud music until 2am from the lounge below us. 1 out of 5 lights in the room worked. Dirty room and bathroom. Horrible hotel, would not recommend to worst enemy!

Low price hotel for region, but it shows. Beds are rather hard, breakfast pretty scanty. Towels were soft though and the staff was professional and friendly.

The noise stopped at 9:00 PM and we slepted very well. That is all we needed, a good rest!
