I really enjoyed staying at the Hotel Sierra. The room was great and the location was great. There was not enough staff at the front desk to handle requests and that is where the hotel missed the mark a little bit. I know that Hyatt prides itself on excellent service so I would suggest a mandatory 2 people at the desk at all times. I waited for 15 minutes to check out because the only staff person at the hotel in the front was on the phone. There were 3 other people in line. Also, the breakfast offered could be better quality as well. I would definitely stay there again.

I was especially impressed with the room comfort and accommodations. It was quiet and felt inviting and warm. Even
though we didn't use all the extras they were available,
like the pool, weight room, restaurant and business center. The morning breakfast was really upscale and
they even had the TV's off while we were eating. I will definitely stay there again.

Spent a long weekend visiting family....This was a quick exit off 520 into downtown Redmond....Once again, the staff at this hotel were wonderful.
