Our room is a little small but functional. The staff is friendly and very helpful.The room is clean but wall paper is pealing in places. The high speed internet isnt working.The breckfast is adaquate. Make your own waffles,biscuts and gravy cereal and muffins/bagles and fruit.The hotel is conviently located stores,resturants and freeway close by.Indoor spa is nice.

This room was adequate for the money. Bathroom wall above tub was deteriorating some. Breakfast was standard but nice. I would go there again for the price. Location was quite.

Excellent stay from check in until check out. Incredible staff and the rooms were fantastic. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and the breakfast was a great touch. it is a fair drive to downtown Seattle, but there are a lot of great shopping/activity areas around the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. I kinda want to keep this gem a secret but feel guilty if i don't give the staff and management kudos for running such a great hotel. I'll be back soon. I have already recommended to all my colleges who travel between Washington and California.

The hotel was everything that I needed. The front desk personnel was excellent. The hotel was clean and the morning breakfast was excellent. All staff was was very friendly. i would use this hotel again.

Nice Hotel with Good Location

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large enough for two people for a week. We tend to not use housekeeping when staying in hotels, but there was never any complaint about them from any other members of our party.
The complimentary breakfast was not the most diversified we have seen but there was enough options that we never went anywhere else for breakfast. The staff also did an amazing job of keeping the food well stocked.
The hotel was quiet there were two large groups of kids staying there at the same time and we never heard them. It is located off a major road so with the window open we got traffic noise but it wasn't noticeable with the window closed.
The location worked well for us. We were in Seattle for a wedding so we spent a lot of time with family, who live in Kent. However, when we had free time the hotel was conveniently located right off a major road and we could be in Seattle in 15 minutes.
The only real issue we had was that our room key had to be reprogrammed 3 times. We are not really sure if it was something we kept doing with them or if it was an issue with the hotel its self but to us it was a minor inconvenience.
Overall we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and the next time we are in Seattle we will stay there again.

Not a bad place to stay for the price

We came into town for the night for my grandfathers funeral service. The hotel was pretty easy to find. The person at the front desk was very nice and tried to accomodate us as best as possible. There was a pool, hot tub, and an excersise room, but we did not use. The hotel was really quiet and all the staff was very nice. There was a few maintenance issues however. The bar in the shower was really loose. If someone had to use it, I dont know if it would stay attached. The HVAC unit in the room worked, but was probabally older than me. The thermostat on it wasnt very responsive. It was either on full or blowing really cold air. There is a place to eat right across the street, but that is the only one nearby unless fast food works for you. The breakfast was pretty small and not full of a lot of choices.

The hotel is a little out of the way in Kent, but fairly close to freeways going north and south. The staff was great, room was very clean as is the rest of the hotel. Morning breakfast offers a hot breakfast buffet along with the usual fruits, yogurt, pastries, breads, bagels, etc. The workout room is small but effective for an out of town trip as is the pool. There are nearby shopping centers and malls and several eateries within walking distance. This is not a hotel or location for kids since there are not many amenities for them, but for adults especially on a short business trip or vacation, it's great. For my trip this was great since I did not want to stay in the heart of Seattle. The community of Kent is fairly laid back which is also nice.

Staff and rooms were both satisfactory. Parking was crowded and lot access was very poor due to being so close to access to a state highway. Motel traffic exiting onto busy thoroghfare was almost impossible.

no lights were plugged in and I had to pull the bed out to get them to work. When I arrived I had to have the front desk person come in and adjust my tv to get it to work.

We needed a cheap hotel for a few days stay in Seattle, and this was a decent 2 star hotel for the money. It was close to the highway that took you downtown, offered a free continental breakfast, and had free onsite parking. We did NOT hear any noise from the bar next door (as others had mentioned in their reviews). Room was clean and smoke-free as guaranteed. No noticeable odors detected. If you are not picky about accomodations, this place will suit your needs.

Would never stay there again

Our stay at the Qaulity Inn and Suites was terrible. When we went to out room I was disgusted at how dirty it was. There were stains all over the carpet, the lamp even the chair. When I looked at the side of the box spring mattress I was shocked to see a large blood stain, then when I pulled back the sheets on the mattress I was horrified to see a large blood stain in the middle of the mattress. After I complained I was moved into another room. This was not much better. At about 10:00 pm our toilet broke and would not flush. We had to wait until 1:30 the next day before anyone would even look at it. In the evening the trains start to go by and blow their whistle 4-5 times every hour so if you plan on staying there don't plan on getting any sleep.This hotel is terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy.!!!!
