The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Two things that I must have. I had a sliding glass door, which was great for my little dog, but I don't think it had been washed recently and I felt the need for a little Windex. The bed was a little too hard for my liking, but overall a comfortable place to stay.

Expense and flair went into lobby, not the room, which was in a state of disrepair and somewhat dirty with a strong chemical smell. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided a couple of toiletry items that we forgot.

ALMOST LIKE RITZY HOTELS at a THIRD of the PRICE

La Quinta is no "resort"; there's no fancy resaurant, bar, valet parking, or bell services but it was much better than I was expecting for the price. The lobby was well appointed and welcoming.
There was complimentary soup available to guests that was outstanding!
The staff was helpful and personable. By the time I'd checked in, I felt like we were friends.
The room was on the handsome side of ordinary and clean with ample square footage.
The breakfast bar was better than run-of-the-mill featuring a make-your-own waffle griddle (affectionately called "turn and burns" in our house). The surprise was strawberries and whipped cream for topping!
I will definately be staying at the La Quinta on my next trip to the Tri-cities. - Jason 11/18/11

Rooms were nice and clean they had small fridge, coffee maker and microwave.The pillows were GREAT !! Staff was super the whole time. The free breakfast is a cost saver as well.

I stay here to visit family and love it. The location is central to Kennewick. There are Walmart, Walgreens, McDonalds, and Starbucks within walking distance. The pool and workout room are nice and clean. The laundry convenient. My room is always very clean and nice.

I travel on business and since I am an independent contractor I pay may own expenses. Therefore I do look for both a low price and a comfortable place to stay. The Baymont in Kennewick is just off Hwy 395 and is located in a good business area close to restaurants, a Starbucks and a WalMart grocery center. It was comfortable, everything worked just fine, and was clean. WiFi access was easy. Breakfast in the a.m. Ceral, Fruit, bagels, waffles.

Hotel was great. My reservation was quickly found, the right type of room, hot tub a must for a weekend of golf. Free breakfast had many options, several of which were on my limited diet (though I did not ask for anything special).

I stayed here for 2 nights while attending a friends wedding. The hotel staff was very friendly, always greeting me when I was in the lobby. The room rates are fairly good and the rooms are very nice. THe only complaint I have is I don't think anyone came to clean the room during my stay. I could care less for someone cleaning up after me but, I clean towels would have been nice!

we were in town for an assembly at toyota Center so it was a convenient location. the hotel was clean and had plenty of parking. the breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of things.We enjoyed the hot tub. and the staff ( young woman at desk) was very helpful with directions and such.close to many good resturants. Only draw back was we had to except a smoking room, no others left and it really reeked of smoke even though it was clean

We were told that a crib would be available for 2 mo. old baby, but all 5 were supposedly taken when we arrived. Where do you put a baby--on the floor? Clerk had problems with our Orbitz reservation. Sheets for the sofa bed were supposed to be there, but weren't. The A/C never went off and it was LOUD ALL NIGHT. Very good breakfast. Beware--this hotel was twice the rate for same brand and room where we stayed the next night.

This hotel allows pets. The people in the room next to us had a very yappy little dog. It would not have been a problem except they left the dog in the room alone while they went to breakfast at 6:15 a.m. The dog didn't stop barking for 45 minutes. We did not really want a 6:15 Saturday morning wake up call but got one anyway thanks to the dog. We asked to be moved to another room if they were going to be there the next night like we were, so we did get another room. I think if the hotel is going to allow pets, they should have those rooms all in one area, so they distrub as few other guest as possible.
