Easy access to freeway and train to/from airport. In the flight path but distant. Only heard two planes. Staff was fantastic and room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was an excellent choice. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, and staff was very hospitable. Although we were in Seattle for a wedding, the hotel was in a very convenient location right off Rt. 5 easily accessible to all tourist attractions.

Our experience at Federal Way's Comfort in didn't start out well. The room we were assigned was cleaned when we entered so they quickly put us in another room which was immaculate and compensated us with a free movie rental for our inconvenience. Our room was very quiet and the air conditioner worked well. As part of our stay we partook in the Comfort Inn's wonderful complimentary breakfast. Which included food choices for everyone. All in all we had a great stay!

The only complaint was the wifi,the third floor rooms barely have it. Otherwise it was a fabulous hotel!! And the price was very affordable, very friendly and helpful staff.

Best bet for close to home stays

Our home was flooded so I needed a place to stay for a couple days while the house was repaired. The location is great, right in the middle of shops restaurants and close to the mall. The service was wonderful. I had an internet connectivity issue and they moved my room to accomodate. We loved the pool & Jacuzzi, but felt it closed way too early. Also the Bistro never appeared to be open so we did not eat there. But other than that we loved it.

I wasn't pre-warned that the breakfast buffet was closed because of remodeling. Since we had stayed at this hotel in the past, the breakfast buffet was the major reason for choosing this hotel...really a downer. The replacement continental breakfast was not good at all.
I noticed later that the pool/workout room was to be closed for remodeling in the next few weekes. I wonder if those people who have upcoming reservations have been warned.

I've read reviews about the Clarion and I must say, It has lived up to its expectations. For the amount that I paid to stay here, I expected default customer service and stock greetings. I was blown away by the professionalism and courtesy that was bestowed upon me. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff was flexible to my needs, even the elevator had a nice look to it. Best hotel you'll ever find in this price range!

Quality Inn & Suites in Federal Way is in a great location, just a couple minute drive to any shopping or food that you may want. The pool/hot tub being open 24/7 is a great feature as well.
