Overall not a bad experience. I am not too picky on business trips (that I have to pay for) though. I will start by saying that the front desk staff are amazing! They were extremely accommodating and helpful. They are definitely willing to go above and beyond. The rooms were slightly old and dingy. You could hear through the walls a bit as well as outside noise. As other reviewers have mentioned, the parking lot is kind of hard to get into, but once you have figured it out it is not bad. All in all, not a bad place to stay for a quick 1 or 2 night trip.

this hotel was a great home away from home for our weekend getaway. Pros: the room was spacious, smelled fresh and clean, the bed was the most comfortable i have EVER slept in and the breakfast was impressive and delicious. Cons: the bathroom amenities were minimal. two bars of soap and a teensy bottle of shampoo. the elevator was a little scary, the doors opened before it stopped and it made horrible creaking clanging noises. also it took me to the wrong floor twice :-/ but for the most part the hotel was great. would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean and the bar girl was very nice. I only stayed one night, but it was a good night. There wasn't much to do in the surrounding area, so it seems more appropriate for the business traveler. Overall, it was a 4.5 out of 5.

We stayed because my dad had open heart surgery at Providence in Everett. we were 5 minutes from the hospital. The hotel was about the best $99 a night experience I have had including the full breakfast in the a.m. Beds were reasonably comfortable and the hotel was nice. Staff was courteous. I highly recommend this hotel - good bargain for the price.

When booking a two-star hotel you can't expect much, so I can't complain much. I picked the place for its location primarily since i needed to conduct business early in the morning and traffic can be significant. I didn't have major problems with the room: overall the furniture is dull, and the rack for the clothes is too close too the faucet...not a smart layout....There were not many amenities in terms of soap and shampoo either. Also, it wasn't as clean as I wanted it to be. on the bright side, the staff was friendly though, you get free parking and vey easy access to I-5.
I didn't have a chance to try their breakfast.

The hotel was the cleanest Holiday Inn Express, I've been to. The location was quite a bit further than I wanted, but was the only good package available. I'd like the Shoreline location best. Staff was terrific.

We have stayed here 5 times always good service and a wonderful breakfast host, she has a consistent great friendly attitude, makes you feel at home. We miss the cookies and the young chap who was on the front desk for years, printing maps for dinner making reservations for us, couldn't do enough for us, remembering us every time we came. New chap is very courteous so no complaints.

Pros:
The room was acceptably clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly and professional.
Cons:
The room was small, furniture and accessories were minimal, shower could only fit one person (and no tub), TV was tiny, bed was not the most comfortable. Definitely had better rooms for the money.

I needed a place for 2 nights while I was at a dog show. I was alone so my biggest concerns were cleanliness and a safe place to walk the dogs. This was very good on both counts. I found a great county park a couple of miles away with fields, trails, and a playground for kids. Lots of good restaurants and a big shopping mall just 5-10 minutes away. The only thing it did not have was a hair dryer, so don't forget to bring your own!

All That I Needed

Pretty straightforward at check in. Went to the room and was better than I expected as I had never stayed at a Days Inn previously. The television needs to be updated, as did the bathroom. However, all in all not a bad experience at this Days Inn.

We were very tired when we arrived at The Days Inn after a long day of flying in to Washington. We had never been there and thought everything was so nice. We checked found a clean nice room except for the smoke smell- even though it was a non-smoking room. We got a good nights sleep but woke up congested with headaches from the smell. The front desk helped us with no problem to move to a different room-it did have some smoke smell to the room. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The lighting and baths were prefect. Beds were very comfortable. The location of perfect for our visit. The next door men were out smoking and up all night with people coming and going. A dog barked several times. I think they slept durning the day and partyied all night long. Their smoke came in our air conditioner.

Good stay to do what we wanted

Hotel was quiet even though it was close to the freeway. But, being that close made it great for access to where we wanted to go. Didn't stay in the room much, so it was fine for this visit. If we were to stay longer and use the room more, it would have been nice to have a table and chairs rather than a desk and chair.

Friendly Hotel Staff especially at the reception. Always willing and ready to answer questions or suggests places to go. Rooms are nice and clean ltough it may need some air freshening, could be from the previous guest who's a smoker. Otherwie, I got no complaint and wouldhighly recommend it.

Hotel was conveniently located for my business meeting. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The heating/air conditioning unit was quiet and easy to use. Check in/out was a snap, and it was nice to have the complimentary breakfast.

Drove from southern California to Everett with elderly mother to visit family. We stayed M-F at the hotel and had a great room on the first floor. The breakfast was good with a variety of food. My mom really enjoyed the hot waffles each morning along with the fruit and coffee. Our room was so quiet...we will utilize this hotel again next year!!!

Listen, the experience was fine. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. I wish the maid service would have come AFTER the 12:00 checkout time, rather than wake me up every morning at 10:00, followed by ignoring my yelling, "NO THANK YOU". The place is in a bad location so you run the risk of getting your car broken into. But I, personally, didn't have any problems with crime of any sort. Overall, it is what I would expect from a room of that price range. Don't expect ANYthing extra. Not even a notepad or complimentary pen. As my friend used to say, "Not Bad, Not Rad"
