Overall, it was a good experience. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and decorated nicely. The sink/mirror area was pretty small. The downside was that there was a used towel on our tub when we got in our room. And one elevator was out of order. But it was cheap and pretty close to downtown, so we didn't expect perfection. I'd stay there again.

Check in & out were easy. The room was comfortable. We don't usually stay in these types of facilities, but I guess I was expecting something more for the price. Really wasn't different from the last motel we stayed in for $30 less per night.

Excellent room, decor, comfort and customer service. However, sheets were too small for the bed and electronic locks required repeat visits to the front desk. Parking is $20./night and Internet was $10/day. Expected more from a $400/night room.

We arrived at hotel around 8pm, front desk still super busy and long line up. after the guest checked in, the staff still talking to them. u know ..... so many people behind. just speed up!!! so I go to self check in! that's is the good service. the other thing is, too much pub, bar, clubbing place downstairs. a little bit noise and drunk people.

The hotel is comfortable and in a good location and the staff are extremely helpful. Unfortunately the business center was out of action for a few hours when needed but was back the next day. There are four computers and access is free of charge. The free local shuttle service and friendly drivers are a great asset.

Pro: Loved the place - beautiful bedding, fabulous staff, relaxing spa. Sky bridge away from shopping, live music on Friday.
Con: no continental breakfast which would have been nice, didn't know about the parking cost, but they took it off the bill when I said something, kind of nickle and dimed us with some silly charges (1.50 for a phone call, charge for internet). And the pool needs to stay open past 11.

great hotel...needs better breakfast

I loved staying here for thanksgiving! The room was great and the staff was so nice. I do wish that there "healthy" breakfast was actually healthy. The had bagels and pastries galore. they did have yogurt and hard boiled eggs. but i wish they had some fresh fruit and healthy choices. my boyfriend is gluten free so the breakfast was kind of a disaster for him.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. It is conveniently located as well. We did have a minor issue with the sheets, but it was taken care of immediately. We plan on staying here again when we come back, and will definitely recommend it to friends.
A few likes:
-Welcome basket
-Flatscreen tv (also includes BYUtv) and dvd player
-Continental breakfast
A few dislikes:
-I'm not a coffee expert, but the coffee in the lobby was not as good as the coffee in the room.
-Our room was at the far end of the hotel and the WiFi signal (as well as cell phone signal) was virtually nonexistent.

Take a Hyatt Place hotels and contemporize it - fabulous in every way!! Great colors in decor, the bathrooms are AMAZING and quite large. The amenities beat most 4 or 5 star hotels I've stayed at! The large screen tv's with a sitting area is lovely, and the bed is so comfortable :) The lobby area is comfortable with pool table area, bar area with a lounge. And the free omelettes (homemade to order mind you) at breakfast are delicious! Everything is quality, clean and just perfect. No wonder the Hyatt bought them - they would give the Hyatt Place hotels a serious run for their money!!

Take the Hyatt Place hotel model and give it a contemporary upgrade including style and design and that's a perfect description of this hotel! All rooms have large beautifully tiled bathrooms with wonderful amenities. The beds are extremely comfy. Large screen tvs and a couch in the suites but lots of room regardless. The lobby area is relaxing with a bar to sit and have a cocktail. The breakfast is unheard of - FREE OMELETTES!!! Everything is fresh including the juices - the best! No wonder Hyatt bought the chain - they would have given them a run for their money!

From the outside, the hotel looks sketchy. However, for someone looking for a cheap night to stay, this place was amazingly clean and perfectly suited my needs. The morning breakfast was adequate and clean.
I would highly recommend this Days Inn for any guy traveling solo and trying to stay on a tight budget.

Great location as it is very close to BC. Price of room is very reasonable with complimentary breakfast. Great friendly staff. Room is a bit small and old, but clean.

The hotel is nice, but the breakfast is paid. And the parking lot is always full.
